The fillable amount of water is amazing too! Can fit both two of my niece and me, my brother-in-law!

Pool needs $150 filter

I put it together today only to discover it has 3 extra holes in it cause it needs a filter. No where on the Best Buy site where I purchased it does it say it needs a filter. No where in your manual does it say it needs a filter. The 3 parts for the filter which go in those holes previously mentioned aren’t even on the parts list. I called and the rep told me wherever she’s looking at your item it says filter not included. Which is great that she can see that but if I had seen that, as the consumer, I likely would have questioned if it required a filter even though not even the photos show the filter holes or a filter attached to the pool. Your rep told me this is the newer version. Well I ordered the version that does NOT have a filter so why did I just put together a pool that requires, according to your rep, $150 filter? I didn’t even spend that much for the pool. Attached is my online receipt and photos from Best Buy’s website and your manual. I’m going to need to return this cause I will not and cannot buy a filter for $150.

Very easy to enjoy specially if its hot like its been here in Southern California this July & August 2021, So refreshing enjoying with your family and a cool drink in your hand!
