    The heating pad is better for the neck than shoulders. The heat is concentrated in this area of the body.

    This is awesome as I suffer from neck & shoulder pain and the shape allows for targeted & constant heat to relax those achy muscles.

    Even on the highest heat setting of 6, this device feels more of a level 2 for a Sunbeam heatpad with little penetration. You may have to wear a thin Tshirt or place it directly on the skin to maximize the heat. Furthermore, the heat is not evenly distributed. Heat is mostly by the back neck area with almost little to no shoulder heat.
