Thank you for reviewing your Beurer MP84 rechargeable manicure/pedicure kit. We are sorry that it is slipping while using it. However, we are pleased that you like the quality. The key is to sit comfortably, so that you can reach your toes. The attachment you can use to file down toenails is the parts 17 and 18 (the two largest attachments). Please make sure that you increase the speed when using the larger attachments, to make the filing faster. We appreciate your feedback!
