The Bevel cordless Professional Grade Hair and Beard Trimmer a solidly built trimmer. This trimmer works well and cuts thin exact lines. I used the trimmer for my sideburns and moustache. For a battery powered unit there is a lot of power. The blades snap off to adjust to your needs. If you slide the bottom power button there is a hook hidden inside the unit. According to the paperwork the battery will run for 6 hours before recharging and has 6 months of standby power. In the box there also is a small brush, blade oil and a pouch.
I would recommend this unit to family and friends.

I like these trimmers. A lot of people have raved about these so I really had to try these out. I have really sensitive skin. Everytime I shave and/or use a razor, I have really bad razor burns. These definitely fixed that problem.
These trimmers look GOOD. Like I really looked forward to the unboxing of these. They look good. And they feel good in the hand. The contours and grip really do work. The build quality is clearly as excellent as it looks. It has got some heft to it and it gives you some confidence that it will not fall apart. I was excited to quickly charge it up and get started. The included charger is more than long enough. If you run out of battery and need to use it wired, then it is not a problem. When it charges, the LED light at the base turns on. They really did not pull any punches when it comes to the aesthetics of this trimmer.
You can adjust the blade to your preference. I wanted to try it right out of the box. I will warn you. The blades are really sharp. The blades did not cut me, but I still had razor burn afterwards. Learned my lesson and from then on, I adjusted the blade to not be as close. I still get a clean cut with crisp lines but don’t burn my skin even if I push the trimmer. After use, it is recommended to clean it and keep it oiled. I really think these will last for for a long time.
All in all, this is my go-to device for grooming. I had my barber friend try it out and he loved it, so it definitely works in the home and professional setting. If I had to nitpick, it is a bit expensive. There are cheaper (but corded) alternatives that can achieve similar effects. However, to be fair, a lot of high quality grooming tools are at this price range or even higher. If you need a go-to high-quality grooming tool, then you really can’t go wrong with the Bevel Trimmer.

High Quality Trimmer

Out of the box this trimmer feels very high quality. It has a nice metal design that makes it feel premium. Since it is metal it is heavier than many comparable trimmers but I do not think this is an issue at all. This trimmer is easy to use and is very precise when trying to edge a beard or hair. The battery last for a long time and one nice thing is that it still has full power right until the battery dies. Other trimmers will lose power as the batteries dies. My only gripe is that it does not have any attachments. If it had attachments it could be used in more applications but it is still a great trimmer. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a high quality precise hair and beard trimmer.

Bevel - Cordless Professional Grade Hair and Beard Trimmer - Silver
The BEVEL Pro grade trimmer sports an adjustable blade and long battery life. It fits the hand well but requires 2 hands to turn on, the switch is not located where it can be operated with a single hand. It has a replaceable battery, and trimmer blade, both priced at the right spot. When my unit arrived I noticed that the trimmer blade adjustment would not stay in one place. I contacted BEVEL and they were very fast to respond and send out a replacement blade assembly. Top notch support, however the new blade is even worse about keeping it’s setting. I have resorted to adjusting the blade and then placing a piece of tape on the adjustment wheel to stop it from turning. This solved the problem. There are no blade combs/guards as of yet. That makes the usefulness of the trimmer slightly less than I was hoping for. I will order a set of guards when they become available so the trimmer can completely replace my current cheap one I’m using that came with a complete set of guards. The end of the trimmer has a built in hanging hook, so it is meant to be used in a shop environment. Charge time was not measured but was checked in on over a few hours just to see. The charge light went through it’s color changes and was fully charged in about 3 hours, it was probably less but I was not watching or timing it. Once you notice the led halo changing to the low battery color you’ll be charging anyways. I used it 3 times just to get the feel of it and the hang of the “no guard” use. After that I charged it but it still had plenty of run time lift. The run time is stated at 8 hours. That makes me think of the shop environment again. I was not overly impressed with the zero setting. I believe they are trying to ensure you don’t cut yourself, it would be a nasty cut for sure.
For the price it should come with a set of 3 or 4 guards, or even 1 very well designed adjustable one. It is designed to be used in the zero to 1/16” range, so an adjustable guard that takes that from the 1/16” to say ¼” would probably work. To save money they could just throw in a set of 1 though 4 guards. As you can tell the guards issue is a real sore spot for me.
All in all the company was very responsive and did their best to ensure I had the best experience I could possibly have using their trimmer.
I will be looking for the guards they say are coming, just no timeline on them yet. A slide on guard with a magnet and plastic catch at the end to keep it in place shouldn’t take them long to figure out. I have shown this trimmer to 3 friends. All of them liked it and were excited to see a quality trimmer. But all of them said the same thing, “I’ll wait till they have guards for it”.
To BEVEL, you almost have it. Include some guards and your customer base will really open up.
To anyone not requiring guards, this is a very good choice. Slightly louder than the plug in models but not having to deal with a cord is priceless.

Sleek and well balanced Trimmer

For years, I have used a Bevel brand safety razor. It is heavy, well balanced and by far one of favorite safety razors to use. So naturally, seeing that they made a hair/beard trimmer peaked my interest. I have a ton of beard and hair trimmer, probably too many. That said, I wanted one product that would take the place of many.
Appearance: Just like any Bevel brand product, they obviously put some thought into the looks of the trimmer. It has sleek lines and a great weight and balance to it. It just looks streamlined and slightly futuristic compared to the many other options on the market. You know what if feels like opening an Apple product? Its like that.
Use: I have a very large thick and curly beard. Cheap trimmers will be lost in it. Most everything trims unevenly and even pull on the hair too much. For my hair and for cutting my son’s hair the blade is great. Super wide and super sharp. It lines him up well and it is very precise. The head of the trimmer is easily removable and snaps on and off with ease. Also, if you want to increase or decrease the size of the cutting blade, you simply removed the head and spin the small wheel on the bottom side of the blade. This will make the adjustment and you can see the blade edge moving to the desired length. That was a really smart way to do it, unlike others where you have to literally unscrew the blade to remove it.
In addition, this blade cuts skin close. As close as you can get to having a shave. As far as irritation goes, I will have to wait and see. I have super sensitive skin, particularly on my neck. So far so good. And as far as my beard trim? It cuts extremely even, which is hard to do for me with the curly hair.
Charge: The charge is supposed to last 8 hours. I in no way have come even close to using it even ONE hour as of yet. So I cannot say it is accurate or not. However, I have zero reason to believe it is inaccurate. The battery is removable, which in and of itself is unique.
Cleaning: Simply remove the blade and wipe it down. Re-oil as needed. It is that simple.
Pros: Easy to clean, wide blade, good weight, easy to adjust, good balance and sleek/sexy.
Cons: I will let you know when I find some. The only thing I see is the price, as it is about $80 or more over the price of it’s nearest competitor.
This a high end product, but may not be the one stop shop I wanted. I still prefer a safety razor on my neck, as I know I have no irritation with that. But as far as hair and beard trimming, this one is now my go to trimmer. I have never used one this nice before, and in my opinion you are getting what you pay for with the product.

Wife is still using them in her salon

This review is done from my wife's perspective. She's a hair stylist and has been using them for about a month now at her salon and she's, overall, pretty happy with them.
Some key points that from my wife about these trimmers...
- The blade detaches for easy cleanup. None of my previous trimmers had the ability to pop off the blade quite so easily. Usually there's at least a screwdriver involved when you want to really get the blade off. Dropping the blade while detached isn't catastrophic but you will need a screwdriver to get it back together again.
- Replacement blades are available. This isn't something you find all the time with other trimmers.
- You can adjust the blade to help achieve different fade lengths. Even the closest setting didn't make me feel like I was going to cut skin.
- Creates straight lines very easily.
- A bit heavier and wider than other cordless trimmers but not uncomfortable to hold. The built in grip section if helpful since the rest of the design has a very smooth texture.
- There's a built in loop you can use to hang the trimmer hidden by the battery. It's nice that it's hidden, but you do have to twist the open the bottom of the trimmer to expose the loop and then close the bottom again.
- The only real negative I've found is the power button. It's located awkwardly on the bottom side and is pretty hard to quickly turn on and off, and almost impossible to do with one hand. I've also accidentally turned them on while in the bag while traveling with them. You are able to twist the bottom section to detach the battery but then it doesn't fit as nicely in the bag.
Overall, they're nice trimmers and I do feel like I'll continue to use them at my salon. If you really need the ability to turn off and on the trimmer really quickly, I'd maybe steer clear of this one but other than that I'm pretty happy with them.

A Solid Well-Made Hair Trimmer

The Bevel Trimmer powered by a rechargeable lithium ion battery maintains consistent power with or without its cord. It is a solid build made of metal and weighted for optimal in-hand balance and maneuverability while providing a smooth touch to the skin.
The trimmer comes with a cord, trimmer oil and a cleaning brush to keep the unit running well. This is no flash-in-the-pan trimmer but is made for durable long term professional and in-home use. The cordless batteries provide ut to 6 hours of use before recharging is needed and has 180 days of standby time.
If you need a hair trimmer, this one is great!

This trimmer is excellent.
It's sleek, it's cordless, it looks nice, it holds well. It also cuts closely.
But there's also the small details that make this trimmer awesome: The easily-removable blade, the discreet blade depth adjustment, the hidden hook in the battery case. They really put some thought into this device.
Any criticisms? Well, it's mainly the non-universal power supply (make sure to not forget it) and the less-than-premium protective pouch. But otherwise, this trimmer is simply well done - and trimmed my sideburns like a pro.

Great Trimmer

To start this is a trimmer and does not include attachments to cut your beard at long lengths. However, this is not what this trimmer is for.
The trimmer is very high quality and has a little heft to it. Weight is actually perfect because it is perfectly balanced and is perfect to hold in your hands. The blade is one of the bests I have ever seen it cuts with perfection. The blade is frim on the device but is yet easy to pop off to clean and oil (yes a cleaning brush and a small bottle of oil is included!) you can also adjust the blade length depending on how close of a trim you prefer. The cool part is that the rechargeable battery pops out and you can flip out a metal hoop to hang on a hook and then close the battery. The nice thing is if you don't want or have a need for the loop you can keep closed on the battery and never know its even there. You can also use this trimmer with its long lasting battery or actually keep it plugged in (charger included) and it will still run. Some devices will not operate while plugged in but this one does! While trimming my side burns/face I noticed the device does not produce a lot of heat (just as advertised).

Impressive trimmers

I’ve been cutting my own hair for about three years now, I’m not perfect but I’m getting better add it every time, and I’ve learned how important it is to have good quality trimmers that not only last a long time but that also work well.
Bevel‘s newest trimmers definitely do the job, they are premium trimmers that are built well, feel heavy duty, and are made of premium materials.
These clippers cut smooth and real close, the battery lasts are you real long time, included in the box is the trimmer, a charging cable, a cleaning brush and oil for the blade.
I really like these trimmers, while using it it feels good in my hand, it’s got a nice weight to it and the weight is evenly distributed. These trimmers shine best at cutting really close to the skin. Probably as close as trimmers could possibly trim.
What’s odd about these trimmers is that there are no blade/comb Guard attachments, I understand The trimmers Are mainly used for edging, lining and overall cutting close, but I just want to tell anyone that’s reading my review that these are not clippers... these are for a specific use.

Review for
Bevel - Cordless Professional Grade Hair and Beard Trimmer - Silver
This trimmer is a professional-grade device. It’s long battery life means that it’s pretty hefty in size, but that’s a nice tradeoff.
The trimmer let’s you set a trim length from “five o’clock shadow” to zero. Sounds imprecise? Well, yeah. There’s an easy adjustment under the trimmer head that let’s you set the blades from very close to less close using a small rotating dial. It doesn’t use numbers or clicks, so the length is what you like. Once set, it’s easy to stick with it and know it’ll always be the same.
There’s also a convenient hanging hook that you can hide or flip out to use.
The trim with this device is intentionally very precise. You can use it to even sideburns or carve your initials!
It holds a long charge; reportedly 8 hours and can also be used with the included charging cord.
A brush for cleaning the head and blade oil is also included. A very nice trimmer altogether.

The Bevel Beard trimmer is top notch and you can feel that from the minute you pick it up. Once taking out of the high quality packaging, I plugged the Bevel in to charge. The indicator glows to show charging etc.
The blade cutting depth adjustment is a cool wheel you use to adjust by just popping the cutting head off and turning a wheel. You can also easily clean the Bevel blade the same way.
The Bevel keeps a charge for up to 180 days and lasts about 4 hours of use.
The trimmer is precision and will keep your beard looking great, I found it great to keep my whiskers at the length I prefer with ease.
The only down side is I wish the Bevel was waterproof which would make it perfect.
If you don't need waterproof then this is the beard trimmer for you.
