Bought this CD for a few songs but the entire album is good

This is something new for the Beyonce fans. With this album, Beyonce stepped outside of her box both lyrically and musically. A number of the songs have musical compositions that are different than what we are used to as coming from Beyonce, but still with her dynamic vocals. This album is definitely more for the adults though, as she reminds us that she is a grown woman doing grown woman things (wink wink). This is definitely shown through her music videos, some of which you may not want your little one to watch Overall, I really like the album. Enjoy!

Nothing shirt of amazing from a talented artists. Listened to the CD for a while before deciding to make a review jus so I could have a better understanding of the music and lyrics vs. The immediate reaction of Shock. Still enjoy the CD after weeks of listening in addition to the iTunes version of my phone . I would say I can pretty much listen to the entire CD with only 3 song skips. The skipped songs are not bad but jus sometimes are not as relevant to a upbeat car ride from work.

I heard about this release via internet only and how many videos were on it, and got smart. If you get this from a download service you will fill up your music player no matter how big it is. It is just smarter to get the discs, enjoy the content and put what you will really enjoy on your portable device. Trust Me. As your "pod" gets full, real estate is at a premium.

BEYONCÉ showcases Beyoncé's musical artistry from start to finish. Unlike most contemporary albums, Beyoncé chose to record and release music videos to accompany each track, creating an experience described as a visual album. Each track is superb musically and lyrically and the accompanying music videos add another level of depth to the music. If you have not yet heard this album, I would highly recommend giving BEYONCÉ a listen.

Once again Queen Bey made an album that is enjoyable, and a video for every song was a major plus. I love everything about the music, the grown up lyrics, and sexy videos. Beyoncé is letting everyone know that she is no longer that 15 year old freshman in the game; she is now a grown woman with experience. I bought it on iTunes the night it came out, but I also like to have the physical copy for my collection.

I have always loved Beyonce's music. I was super excited when I learned she had a new CD dropping. I knew I had to have it... So I knew where to go and that was Best Buy. It was a great buy because the CD came with a DVD of all her videos. I have enjoyed this cd and am still enjoying it. Thanks Best Buy!!

I play this cd all the time as well as watch the videos. Beyonce approaches a more adult style for some of the songs on the album (ie Rocket), but at the same time there's still some of the radio friendly her on there. The videos are perfectly done, as always, I just wish there was some commentary from her that also went on the dvd. I overall love this cd.
