I just love Bobby D and this movie was delightful. Actor playing Mr. Darrin is a natural-even did his own singing! His life story was bitter-sweet; the movie captured this as well.

This is an interesting take on his life. Kevin Spacey is surprisingly good in this film and is a very good vocalist. Really good movie.

It's a phenomenal movie about of of the greatest artists of all time. Kevin Spacey not only acts the part, but sings it amazingly well.

Kevin Spacey trys hard, but he's a little old to play Bobby, who died at the age of 33. The Sandra Dee character (Kate Bosworth) is no Sandra Dee. I loved the music, but that's really what I bought the DVD for.

I always knew Kevin Spacy was talented, but his performance in this movie is incredible. Just spectacular. A wonderful, sad, awesome movie!

This movie is one of those that skips back and forth throughout the lead characters life and it takes you a few minutes to realize the person onscreen is suppose to be the lead character. It skips back and forth from a younger time to an older time, very confusing. But the music is great and was performed entirely by the very talented Kevin Spacey. Overall an average movie due to the poor writing and direction.
