    I love this DVD and I use it about once a week (along with others). I generally do two of the workout in one workout session for a 16 minute workout. It is great because these 8 minute workouts go quickly therefore the workouts are not tedious which makes it easy to complete and accomplish your goals.

    I really do enjoy the exercises. I am not in shape so it is tough to build up to complete work outs which makes it all the better. Didn't complete the video in a week and need to purchase something more difficult. Honestly-the warm up made me sore. Of course it doesn't hurt to watch Dolvett and Bob!

    Good program but like most excercise dvds wish you could pick the level to watch without camera jumping to different people
