Too much plot, not enough humor for me

There ARE special features but not much - anything is better than nothing; mostly in the way of short interviews. Maybe covid19 interfered with them adding more bonus features, who knows. I loved the 1st film, really liked the 2nd film, but this 3rd film is not so great. Some people love it, some people are "meh." One would think after decades in between films, they'd come up with something better (a complaint of Indiana Jones 4 as well, along with Jay & Silent Bob reboot). And, while there IS HUMOR in this film, I literally laughed out loud .. maybe TWICE, the rest of my reactions were.. smiles. Comparing it to the first 2 films, I really expected much more comedy in this movie. But it is so overwhelmed by plot points, it's as if they didn't have TIME to find the humor. And the "time travelling historical figures" seemed more obligatory than necessary. The kids are charismatic in their own way and did well with what they had, but I wish they had more to do and more time with them, as well as Bill & Ted, instead of this "plot is priority" route they went (the exact same feeling I had after watching Back to the Future 2). If you didn't watch with a group to split the video-on-demand of $20, then this bluray is worth the price, and you many even go back again and watch it in a few years. Not bad enough to sell or give away, but not really an annual viewing event either.

    Another Most Excellent Adventure!

After being massive fans of the first two movies, "Bill and Ted Face the Music" is a most triumphant return to the characters that we love. Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter still have their excellent chemistry, but their daughters, played by Brigette Lundy-Paine and recent horror icon Samara Weaving, play their parts well! There are plenty of other new and returning characters from previous films (I won't spoil them), and there's plenty of nostalgia if you liked the last two films. The only bogus aspect of the film that I didn't enjoy was the mediocre soundtrack. This criticism might differ from person to person, but there were only two songs that were decent ("Circuits of Time" was the coolest track), but everything else was meh. "Excellent Adventure" and "Bogus Journey" had better soundtracks. Overall, this is still worth a watch, and be excellent to each other!

I’m a big Bill and Ted fan (see my review of the Bill and Ted Most Excellent Collection Blu-ray) and I really liked this third film in the series. Much more like “Excellent Adventure” than “Bogus Journey,” it is a fitting end to the trilogy and provided a great escape during the pandemic year of 2020. The Blu-ray A/V is great, although I’m disappointed that it did not come out on UHD. The bonus features are a bit light but what’s there is good. For fans and newcomers, this Blu-ray is non-heinous! Station!!!

If you like the Bill and Ted movies, this one is okay. The first Bill and Ted is the best. This one is okay for different reasons. If you don't like Bill and Ted at all, don't get this one, but if you have the other two movies, this one should join the group and will probably be enjoyed with the other ones. Just enjoy it for what it is: a sequel made many years later.

Everybody has their own opinion about movies, so take this with a grain of salt. For me, the movie was watchable. It wasn't good, but it wasn't bad; however, it doesn't hold a candle to the original films. The second film ended on such a high note. The boys went to the future, learned how to play, formed a band, had kids, and the future of humanity was set. It's such a letdown to see these two still struggling and unable to fulfill their destiny without outside intervention after all these years. This movie could have been so much better had it focused on this future utopia that the earlier movies foreshadowed! Show us this harmonious future, and the boys being a success instead of re-hashing the boys down on their luck and needing help to overcome new obstacles. But, I digress.... Watch it if you're so inclined, or don't if you want to save your time.

I like liked this Bill and Ted really well, I was worried how they were going to wind up the prophecy and the song had to be cool and enjoyable for everyone. This was an excellent addition to the series and I have watched it over and over, be sure to crank up the sound, especially for the finally. I was pleasantly surprised and they did justice to everything that was supposed to happen even if it's not what you think. A couple of fun twist and turns.

It was great to see Bill & Ted get one more movie. This film, while not perfect, was filled with heart and was very enjoyable. The actresses who played the daughters of Bill & Ted were perfectly cast, and William Sadler once again stole the show as Death.

A fun movie and a good way to end a classic movie trilogy. The cast is great as always and the casting of Samara Weaving and Brigette Lundy-Payne as Bill's and Ted's daughters are spot on. I highly recommend it to fans of the series. The blu-ray special features are fun too. They are worth checking out but wait until after watching the movie due to spoilers.

This is a fun film. If you enjoy the first two Bill & Ted movies, this will be right up your alley. The team behind this film found a way to bring back the characters and respect the audience. Truly an entertaining flick!

The first movie was the best... Trying to reclaim their youth in an unorthodox way in my opinion... Some things should just end... A 3rd flick just confusing the first...

I actually saw this in the theater on its limited run. I enjoyed it more the second time when I watched it on Blu-Ray. The Comic-Con special that I saw originally on YouTube is included.

This movie has the same charm as the other two Bill and Ted movies, just with more at stake, if that was even possible. Without giving any spoilers, let's just say, they are a little wiser at the end. I say it is just as good and just as ridic6as the originals.
