    I have many of his DVDs. This one is just bad. Can't really see the moves because the quality is so bad but they are mostly dancing around. anyway. Don't waste your time. His others are really good. Not this one

    I have four different CD of Billy Blank the set of 3 is so good the boxing is good but this one is to fast and I can't enjoy.
