When I saw this on sale, I thought why not. After having this for about 6 months, my wife wants me to buy another one of these to put in our other bathroom. We both love having a bidet.

Glad I have this now'. An added protection to your personal' hygienic regime. Saves on the amount of bathroom tissue used also.

Bad quality

Terrrible Company, Defective Product

I'm a licenced home improvement person who has worked on hundreds of toilets so I know it was installed correctly. Took pic of noticeably defective part but customer service was terrible and denied any accounability. After weeks of writing and calling and broken promises they sent a new unit and I had to return the old one. Bidet shoots a piercing stream of water. Company is terrible.
