This unit is very nice. The stainless steel nozzle is a good upgrade. Much easier to clean. The seat is nice and warm as is the water. The elongated is better than the round for comfortable seating. All and all I think this is one of the better ones out there. The remote also is very nice.

It was easy to install! And during a cold nice weather, you can just put the seat heat with heated water! IT crushes every leftover dessert you have down there! totally worth it

These things are great! Switching from toilet paper to a bidet is like going from a horse and buggy to a car. Give it a try, you won’t ever go back!

The bidet itself is fine but the description is not correct. This unit DOES NOT have a warm air dryer, which, for the cost, is ridiculous. If that’s an important option for you, choose a different model, and check manufacturer’s website for actuate product descriptions and features.

First one the nozzle did not work- returned it and received another one. Works fine so far.

Not very happy with it. Installed but found no air dryer feature as described. Called 4 times but no one could modify the descriptions. This is the reason I give this review, to alert those who want air dryer feature.
