made well with a sleek design is the only reason I gave it 3 stars. Deserves no more than one star for comfort. The internal mechanics take up almost two inches of the rear seating area with an angled ridge that not only cuts into the seating area but makes it for a very uncomfortable potty break. Water control knob mounted in a spot where it could easily be bumped and turned on unintentionally and spray water all over.

I wanted to like this product, but the build quality is mediocre at best, subpar at worst. I installed it about a week ago and everything went through fine (no leaks or issues to speak of, install was very straightforward). After only a few days use one of the plastic retaining clips broke and the entire thing just slides out rendering it pretty much useless. Additionally, the rest of the bidet is made of flimsy feeling plastic. Coming from a wooden seat to this, you can definitely notice the difference in rigidity and structure. As far as the bidet portion, works as expected. Controls are simple to use and the night light is a added bonus.

Good looking Bidet this Slim Zero , because this comes with with it's own seat , and more expensive also. But to me this limits use your own toilet seat , which is definitely better than that comes with the Bidet . Most limiting for me the not enough space between seat and water reservoir, which leads to seat usually don't stay up unless you maneuver certain way . Lack of space also hinders flushing . No doubt this is more pricy and better looking , but less practical. This model water spray nozzle works well .

good affordable option. i do wish it was heated water but for $300 less than those options im fine being a little cold.

Can't wait to install it. Reviewed instructions. Should be easy. Looking forward to using it.

Very good for the price but I like the electric ones more they have hot water and you set the timer for how long

I have never felt so clean after going to the bathroom. This unit is an item I do not regret purching. I got it on deal of the day, so I got it at an excellent price, but even at the regular price it is so worth it!

Great product, but parts came missing. The rubber gasket for the connection to the toilet was missing, but it was easily found at the hardware store. I bought a second one as well and the entire installation kit was missing. They need to control their packaging QA, but once installed it works great. The water comes out with a lot of pressure. I do wish it was easier to tell when the dial was set to off. It makes a very slight click feeling that is easy to miss and may leave it leaking. I have skirt-less Toto toilets and this looks great with them with its modern looks.

This thing is amazing. I would recommend going slow when adjusting pressure, you might be fly off the seat. The slim profile looks great!

Great Bidet. It's essentially a water gun for your tushy. Will save you in toilet paper in the long run. Keep a blow dryer handy and you can dry yourself too.

I purchased this item with the intent to obtain amore appropriate item after evaluating the use and purpose of this one. That being said, I like the concept which cuts down on the amount of paper entering my septic system , but I would advise anyone thinking about this particular item to forego this one and obtain an electric heated unit with self cleaning.

Don't buy this!!!! I would give this less than a star if I could!! It's so very uncomfortable!! It sits higher in the back so it leans you forward. It's cheaply made & squeaks & crackles when you move. It doesn't even spray where you need it....the reason you looked into buying it.
