    The fan does the job and circulates air in a small space. I was only able to use it on the lowest setting as the noise was so loud my neighbors in the cubeys nearby would ask themselves 1. What's that noise? 2. Is there a helicopter outside? If placed on a desk it would vibrate really loud and not stay in place.

    It does have a nice design, but it does not blow enough air and makes noise so decided to return it and bought the insigna one for a little extra bucks.
