I have played the game a bought it when it was on sale. It is a good game but I do not think it lives up to the hype surounding it. I also think that it should not have beaten gears of war in the bestbuy ranking system for games. Undoubtedly a very good game, I just do not think its as great as everyone says. To be fare I gave it four stars partly cause I did not want to lower it's score.

Right now, this game is by far the best game out there on any system. Graphics are fluid and smooth. Gameplay is one of the best I've seen ever. I would recommend this game to anyone with a Xbox 360.

I just finished this game on normal. The big daddies are really cool. I like the story line and the plasmids and stuff. It reminds me of the old PC game Deus Ex where you can mod your body with different abilities and hack machines. It adds depth to the whole FPS game. I like to be more involved with my environment and thats why I like this shooter. I liked the fact that you can research different characters and get bonuses for it. A really nice touch. There could of been a little more variety with the different mobs you fight. Towards the end of the game it got a little repetitive. I'm playing it through again on hard because I missed a few achievements. I recomend buying this game.

This game is my favorite game ever. Sure i beat it in 4 days but the only reason for that was that...i couldn't stop. Once you kill a big daddy you feel achieved and go berserk and get rid of everything else. in this game you WILL get sidetracked trying to see what you can do in every room. Then you'll spend time finding rooms for traps. The game says that no two gamers will ever play the same game...and it is telling the truth. Me and my friend have it and he tells what he did which is completely opposite from what i did in that sort of situation. This game is a definite buy. You may want to find some free days to play it so you won't be interupted...ha that was a joke...not really.

very cool game when i bought it. It has very nice graphics and Very Cool gameplaY. iT WAS freakky and i like that little game you have to play when you try to unlock stuff... RECOMMENDED

I am going to say this game is great and you should play it. NOt so you can say that you did, but so you know what is going on in Bioshock 2 which looks like the best game of the year.

This game rocks!!! The enviorments are full, sound is amazing, weaponry is full. This game's got everything you want and more. The game supports 1080p and surround sound. Dont hesitate!!!

when i first got the game im said this is lame and weird but btime i got to the third level it was awsome go to a local game store and buy it used for 15 bucks its awsome

BioShock is a genetically amped up shooter that really puts you in the game. If you had to chose 3 games to buy it has to be this, Assassins Creed, and of course Halo 3!

Bioshock is another FPS, but it has the cool "out of this world" feel that Destroy all Humans had, just better. Shooting and killing the enemies is very realistic and rewarding, and the graphics make you want to look at everything twice. I am a couple of hours into the game, and I can't wait to see how my character will transform and what else will become available. The horror feel to the game does a good job at separating this from a shooter, every room brings something different and exciting to explore. This game is best played on a large tv with surround sound, you won't want to miss a single detail.

Great game. Not only is it a fun shooter, but you can eject fire, ice, and electricity from your hands. If you enjoy innovative shooters, this is the game for you.

For me this was worth a rental. I played it through once, but probably wouldn't play it again. That said, you really get drawn into the game. The story is so engaging and I personally wanted to know how it played out. The best way to play is with the lights off and your surround sound turned up. The game will definitely get creepy.

This is a great game. One of a kind. The only thing I can say I was a little disappointed with was that there is no multiplayer but this is still a great game

this game is great-the graphics are up to par with gears of war. The storyline is great- this is the first time that i had to actually manage my time because the story leads you wondering more. Has a great twist at the end and there are different difficulties from easy to hard to make it even worthwhile. Gears of war is a third person shooter so i am not comparing it to gears. I can not compare to halo series because online play is not supported in bioshock (but if it was..ohh man) :) Ill rate it as i see it. Story: 9/10 Graphics: 10/10 Game play: 8/10 Difficulty: 8/10 Replay Value: 7/10 You might as well rent this game when it comes out because it will only take you about 20 hours to complete.

This is an awesome game. It has great graphics, a creepy cool story, and wicked weapons to use. I highly recommend you go out and buy this game today!

I think it was a great game, a little short but really good. I think it was better than Gears of War and Condemed. I loved it and you should buy it.

Bioshock takes place in an underwater city in the 1950's. The controls are easy to use, the weapons and powers are simple to understand, but have varied use. The things that make this game shine are the graphics and storyline. The lighting and detail in everything is phenominal, and helps you actually belive there could have been an underwater city. The story is very deep, and sucks you into the game, untill your constantly having those" Gimme five minutes, just five more". In addition, and popularly read gaming magazine rated this game a perfect 10/10.

Great game. Unlike most shooters it's not just blast anything that moves. There are multiple ways to get around problems. Well worth the money.

Awsome graphics and new gameplay! This is a must have game if you're bored with all the other FPS games. Who needs a gun anyway :)
