This game is AMAZING~ I would suggest this to anyone who wants a new game for there collection. I cant wait for Bioshock to come out on the PS3. Not because I like PS3 better, its because it will give me another reason to play through this great game again. Note to game develpers. Use bioshock as a template and then proceed~~ You will not be sorry with this purchase!

First off, the story is awesome. I wish it would have had more cutscenes, but as you go through the game you pick up audio diaries of people who either help you or are trying to kill you. The weapon system is very cool because you can not only upgrade weapons, but your plasmids(or special abilities, like freezing people or cathcing them on fire. Great Game, BUY TODAY!!!

Really fun game! A must need for any one that likes shooting games.

The first ten minutes of this game are amazing - just breathtaking. The gameplay concepts introduced, along with the art design is some of the best I've ever seen in a video game. However, after about six or eight hours of gameplay, I was having trouble convincing myself that it was worth playing at all. After awhile, it seems like the programmers quit trying to wow you with visuals and the levels turn in to the standard science labs and grungy hallways you've seen in every first person shooter. The RPG elements are really cool at first, until you realize most of the upgrades are just to make certain items and abilities work the way they were supposed to in the beginning. For example, you need to get very far in the game for a health pack to actually fill up your health meter. You can purchase fire and ice power up, which seem very cool at first, until you realize that they have almost no effect on enemies. Again, you have to upgrade them twice before they do anything. It's fairly easy to find Adam ( what the game calls experience points) in the game, but the upgrade stations can often be few and far between. When you have a lot of Adam, you can't find them, and when you have none, they are everywhere. An extra annoyance is the ability to use up health packs when your health is full. Used to GTA, I kept hitting B to reload, but I was just burning up valuable items. The shooting mechanics have almost no strategy to them at all and bullets are at a premium, so most encounters are solved by whacking enemies with a wrench. Next generation gaming, huh? Everyone told me I would LOVE this game, but really, it was only barely worth the clearance price I paid for it. The final boss was a cliche on top of a cliche, and easy to boot. I felt had accomplished nothing by completing the game and I got the "happy" ending. Oh and the security cameras. If those go off, you should just let the robots kill you. Don't waste your time. In fact, if they take awhile to kill you, its even worse because you have to wait. Waste of my time. I thought cameras and sentry guns were dated in Goldeneye, ten years ago.

By far one of the most excited 360 games I've ever played.

Although perhaps slightly over-hyped, Bioshock is an incredible game. The art direction throughout is fantastic, and the mood of the game environments sucks you in. The story contains some of the best writing ever found in a video game, with plot twists you never see coming. Well worth the $60, even though replay value is limited.

Great imaginative storyline that blends old style art deco surroundings with a sci fi thriller genre. Very fun, but the graphivs in mine get jerky half way through.

This is one of the best games I've played. The atmosphere and story are so well done it is easy to get pulled in to the narrative of Rapture. Searching through all the dark corners for one more dose of eve or a new tonic is so much fun I will definitely be playing through Bioshock several times. In short BUY THIS GAME!!!

This is a very fun game with lots of game play options. It is not the best game out there but it is well worth playing and owning. It is very action packed.

Bioshock is a game for the xbox 360 that simply kicks butt. This game is unbelievably fun. The graphics in this game are the most beautful and the gameplay is awsome. However, this is a singleplay only game and the ending may be dissapointing but overall this is one of the greatest games and is a must get.

One of the best shooters I have played. Although this game features no online game play, users will still have plenty of game time with the expansive levels. Many weapon, special power, and gameplay upgrades will keep you entertained for weeks, not hours! I highly recomend this game. -Mprudent1

this game is mega sick i only play fps and this surprisingly this is one of the only ones. in other games you cant use your surroundings but in this one everything is a weapon you can freeze someone and then smash them with a wrench i like this game a lot better than resident evil 4

Playing Bioshock is an experience because the world and environment is much deeper than any other FPS that I've played. The environment artwork and sound effects really draw you into the imaginative world that 2k Boston has created. This game is a must purchase for Xbox 360 owners.

I bought this game cause i listened to the hype. This game tells you exactly what to do which is dull. It actually has a hint button if you get stuck. It is not all it is cracked up to be. There is no muliplayer mode on this game which is disappointing for us multiplayer fanatics. The graphics totally are breathtaking. So if you are all about some graphics then buy this game. I would recommend renting and beating this one.

This is one great single player game. The graphics are unreal. I only gave this game four stars due to the lack of multi-player.

This game wasn't bad. The graphics were cool and the environment was decent but I still wasn't impressed. It would be a decent rental in my opinion. Very gory, which doesn't impress me really. The whole game became pretty repetitive with environments that started to sorta look all the same....kind of like the Hunter games for the original Xbox. Cool at first, it gets so-so halfway through.

In this game you can costumize your weapons and such. The plot is really cool, you have to play this game.

I cannot say enough about this game. Bioshock deserves every award they won last year! The world you enter is both haunting and obsessive. I can't wait to see what the next Bioshock will bring! Buy this game and play it!!
