I didn’t expect to enjoy this as much as I do. Setting it up was pretty straightforward, and it didn’t take long before birds started showing up. The camera quality is clear, even in the early morning and evenings, and I love getting notifications when a bird visits.The app is easy to use and kind of addictive — it’s fun to check who stopped by during the day. The solar panel has been working well so far, and I haven’t had to worry about charging. It’s also surprisingly sturdy and has handled rain with no issues. Overall, it’s a really relaxing little addition to the backyard and something I find myself checking every day. Great if you enjoy nature or just want something calming and fun.

This product was so easy to set up right out of the box. Just a couple steps and then connect it to the WiFi via the Birdfy app and it was up and running! Added some seed and attached to it an outdoor garden pole and shortly thereafter we were notified of visitors and watched them feed on camera. Great picture/video angle and looking forward to track all the different birds that visit our new feeder in the future! Overall great purchase and highly recommended, thanks.

Amazing smart bird feeder! Solid build with a beautiful cedar wood design. The AI bird identification is really fun and free for life, and I can instantly see the bird species on my phone. The solar panel makes it super convenient with almost no charging needed. Highly recommend!

Bought this bird feeder camera a week ago and stuck it on the big maple tree right outside my living room window. It’s pretty easy to set up. Great way to connect with nature right from home.

The AI camera on this bird feeder will send you an alert when a bird is eating, and also will identify the bird. So much fun!

Received broken, the roof was completed snapped off. Attempted to work with both Best Buy and the manufacturer trying to get a replacement as this was a Christmas gift, both were unable to replace. Ended up returning in store and missing a Christmas gift, will need to replace elsewhere. Will not recommend Birdfy products as a result of this awful experience.

The seller NETVUE OFFICIAL sent me a damaged unit (lid broken in 2 pieces, see photo) and will not replace or compensate. I don't want to return it since I got it on sale, I would rather get it repaired and not send it to the landfill, but they would rather refund and have me throw it away. I can't rate this because it's not working.

Love this bird feeder. Easy to set up and easy to install. Had a woodpecker at it within hours of setting up. Excellent battery life and the solar panel charged it plenty, even in the winter. Love looking to see what birds show up

I bought two different camera bird feeders, and this one by far beats the other one! It’s worth every penny and when I purchase another one it will be one of these. Camera quality is amazing! It takes still shots and video, classifies the visits by bird, allows you to zoom in/out without distorting the image

This little device is seriously amazing! Great little camera on a well designed bird feeder that is holding up to late fall and early winter conditions here in Maine. It gives me updates when birds are actively feeding and I get to choose to save and or upload videos to their community pages. Overall a great gift or a fun activity for yourself.

The package was soaking when delivered. A box or plastic did not protect it—the packaging was left in the rain. It is a gift, and it will not look good. I tried contacting the seller (not Best Buy!!), and there was no response. Best Buy should back up this purchase, but so far, no luck. Very disappointed.

Product came damaged - they offered 15% refund but could not send me a replacement or full refund. Not a great experience with this seller.
