Major issue is the battery life. It just doesn’t hold a charge like my previous unit.

For those that say this vacuum isn’t good - you’re wrong. Our bedroom carpet floor was visibly clean and this little vacuum still got all of this from it. Hands down best purchase.

DESCRIPTION: This is perfect for me!!! Works like a charm and saves my back from a lot of pushing and pulling and bending. I have a bad back and have difficulty lifting and bending. I have a robo-vac that mops the floors and one that vacuums and picks up the dirt and dispenses it into its docking station. However, because the robo-vacs can’t go under certain things and get the corners, etc very well, this was the missing link! Although this was not created to actually handle all your vacuuming needs, it is very useful for spot pick-me-ups and in between a good all¬-around vacuuming. USAGE: I had a similar “other brand” stick vacuum and I absolutely loved it, but my daughter used it and unfortunately it stopped working. This “Stick” is a Bissell and Bissell is known for their reliability…as long as you use them as they are intended to be used. I don’t believe these are intended to be used in place of a regular vacuum, but are great for smaller jobs not whole house use. VERSATILITY: I LOVE that the handle bends into a handy position so I don’t have to bend much to get under anything. It is very light weight also. Unfortunately the hand vacuum tools cannot be stored on then unit itself, so put them in a safe place that you will remember where they are when needed. This vacuum comes off the handle to create the perfect handheld unit for vacuuming your car. How much easier it is to use without it having to be plugged in to an outlet. If it works as good as it does on low carpets, it will be great for vacuuming your car. GREAT FEATURE: Washable filter. Saves you money by not having to buy a new filter every few months. Just remember to keep it clean and don’t put it back into the machine until it is completely dry. BATTERY: Charging the battery takes quite a few hours (I didn’t time it), but if you are using it properly that charge can last you a few days to a month depending on how many times you need to use it for those little messes or if vacuuming your car.

I had an 18lb Shark which was difficult to lug around. After several years of use, it had deep filth which was hard to clean. I love the lightweight Bissel, and cordless is very convenient. This seems a perfect solution for apartment size cleaning. Clearing the trap is simple. A bonus is the ability to utilize the unit as a handheld with an additional 2 attachments which work quite well.

This okay. The upright is light weight and easy to use for quick cleanings. The suction on the hand held is not very strong and the battery felt like it died quick especially considering how long it takes to fully charge. I need something light weight for stairs and cordless flexibility w my car and other small jobs. If you are looking for something with power this is not it.

I love how light it is, my only complaint is that the battery doesn't last too long, over all a good sucking vaccum, maybe they can improve the battery life.

Best vacuum I have ever had. I am so glad it runs on a battery and not a cord allowing me to take it anywhere. In additions, the bendable frame and swivel allow me to get in every single area within my dorm room and grab ever spec of duct. Finally you can control the brush being on and off and easily clean both the filter and the brush. Lastly, I love the detachable vacuum for my car as for my nieces and nephews are always causing a mess in the backseat and in between my seats. Light weight, easy to maneuver, like that you can detach it and use as a Dustbuster. Only con is it is so light it often feels flimsy but picks up well. Tip: empty after each use and rinse/wash filter and plastic portion of Dustbuster to keep if clean at all times

Bissell is great! My old Bissell cordless eventually died so I called Bissell hoping I could replace the battery. They did better than this and sent me a new vacuum! I love this cordless vacuum so much, I bought a second one for my vacation home. Versatile and easy to use -- both as a stick vacuum and the easy to remove hand-held vac. Also easy to empty and clean the canister.

This is a good, light weight, versatile vacuum for quick cleanups or small areas. The removable hand vac is a handy feature that I'm shocked wasn't done by anyone else ages ago! The battery life is decent, but the battery is what got it three stars. When we got it, it worked fine for about a week, then it just simply stopped turning on. Charging it didn't correct it, even overnight. Luckily, Bissell has great customer service, and they sent a new vacuum quickly. There has not been another issue with the battery, and it has worked as expected. So, a shoutout to Bissell's warranty and customer service for making it right so fast, and with so little hassle! Maybe it was a fluke and we got one of the few bad ones, but I've never had any other issues with any other Bissell product I've ever owned. With this replacement, it seems the same is true for this product, but had to note the issue with the first one for the sake of honesty.

This Bissell does as great a job on the bedroom carpet as it does on my ceramic tile floors, thoroughly picking up even fine dust and carpet fibers that are a man issue in brand new construction. My one dislike is the fairly short duration each battery charge lasts. And it takes a while to fully charge.

It is very easy to use and super convenient. If you don’t want anything heavy. This is it! It’s rechargeable with a cord unfortunately I lost the cord. I’m pretty sure I’ll find it once I clean up but I’m constantly losing it but other than that great product

Easy to handle , cordless, less storage space, easy to clean etc are plus points. But it’s not clean the minute particles. Power is less

This was a gift for my daughter. She has scoliosis and her old vacuum was wreaking havoc on her back. She tells me this product has excellent suction, picking up the most difficult messes. Additionally, having the capability to remove the smaller section for vacuuming stairs is awesome. No back pain and a clean house.

Had this for about a month and pretty happy with it! Does really well on tile picking up smaller messes (which is the reason I bought it). Has trouble picking up larger items through the roller (think pistachios and larger). Does not come with a stand or anything to store attachments, so we store them separately. Great value for the price, would buy again.

I like the vacuum. The only thing I don't like is the loose cord for plugging it in. I have had others that have a stand, etc.

Lightweight and easy to use. Unlike the newer vacuums with the powerhead in the handle, this one has the weight down low and is very well balanced. This on is much more powerful than our old Bissell cordless. Does a great job on hard surface floors and carpet.
