Customer Ratings & Reviews

It is my first Bissell. It is was easy to assemble, and it is easy to use. It is lightweight and easy to move around.

i vacuum religiously. no issues so far. love the cord rewind! easy to empty. cool color (if that matters to you).

This vacuum is awesome. My husband loved it so much we purchased two for upstairs and downstairs! Great product

I ordered this vacuum online and received it an hour ago. See the attached pictures of the packaging. (It is not raining here and has not rained in several days). The box is soaked, smells musty, and the crevice tool is not with the packaging. The vacuum was wrapped in plastic, which I think protected it from the water. The vacuum works as expected, but I had to place it on the screened porch to dry and get the moldy smell out of it. I wish that the crevice tool was with it. I will not be buying online from Best Buy in the future. The box had also been taped shut in two places and does not appear to be original packaging.

My wife has used this product and she likes that it is lightweight and easy to maneuver and has a retractable cord. However, she does not like that it doesn't have a front light.

We love this vaccuum. It has adjustments for the floor type. We have a dog that sheds and it works perfect! We were hesitant at first because it was super pricey like all the other vaccums, but it works perfect for our home.

Lightweight, great suction, has attachments, very easy to assemble and leaves your floor looking new!

Works great easy to use and easy to empty. Highly recommend

I was looking for a new vacuum with a retractable cord which is not that easy to find. Best Buy had 3 Bissell vacuums and I was happy to see that the one with the best price also had the highest rating. I always thought that "bigger is better" but was happy to find that this one was a little smaller and lighter weight than the one I had been using and at my age that was a perfect fit. Much easier to get a around and fits into smaller places. Perfect match for what I was looking for!

For the price you can't go wrong. Excellent suction and performs like a heavy duty workhorse.

I bought this vacuum about 2 months ago after carefully reading reviews and I looooooove it!!!! The first time I vacuumed, it picked up so much dirt and here I thought my carpet was clean also I really love that it is pretty quiet and I looooove the canister no bags and the automatic cord winding. This vacuum is very light and not bulky which make it easier to get in small spaces. Overall I definitely recommend this vacuum. I hope you love it like I do.

I love my new vacuum. It works wonder. Very strong suction!

Maybe not the best materials construction, given it’s relatively low price….but it has very good suction power and works great for my basic home care on both carpet and hard flooring. Don’t abuse it and it should be an excellent buy. I’m not one who looked to buy $300+ vacuum cleaners….this works fine. I bought corded on purpose. I also have cordless for other uses, but sometimes a cordless unit runs out of power if you didn’t recharge ahead of time….the corded seems to keep suction power better and I don’t feel rushed, LOL. Accessory works very well on cat hair if your cat(s) shed on furniture. My only bug is I’m used to holding the extra cord out of the way with my left hand, while I work the vacuum with my right hand….but the cord originates from the right side so it sometimes gets in the way if not paying attention.

Easy to use, long lasting and strong functional vacuum.

Great vacuum, has enough power to get shag and hardwood equally clean. Easy to empty. Withstands sucking up of legos and pet food. Looking to see how it holds up over time.

This Vacuum is a cleaning powerhouse! With its powerful suction, light weight design, and easy cord rewind, it makes rapid work of messes. The washable filter and easy empty dirt tank make maintenance a breeze. Great performance, great value! Highly recommended!

vaccuum cleaner works well. Suction is strong. I prefer bags to bagless but will get used to it and it is better for the environment. No complaints.

Great vacuum for the price, easy to use, great suction power. Accessories a plus and easy to use. Retractable cord really a plus!

This had more features that I didn't expect. Very good suction and a button to push to roll up the power cord.

Great vacuum easy to use and to clean. Light weight as well. Highly recommend.
