It is my first Bissell. It is was easy to assemble, and it is easy to use. It is lightweight and easy to move around.

My wife has used this product and she likes that it is lightweight and easy to maneuver and has a retractable cord. However, she does not like that it doesn't have a front light.

This vacuum is awesome. My husband loved it so much we purchased two for upstairs and downstairs! Great product

I ordered this vacuum online and received it an hour ago. See the attached pictures of the packaging. (It is not raining here and has not rained in several days). The box is soaked, smells musty, and the crevice tool is not with the packaging. The vacuum was wrapped in plastic, which I think protected it from the water. The vacuum works as expected, but I had to place it on the screened porch to dry and get the moldy smell out of it. I wish that the crevice tool was with it. I will not be buying online from Best Buy in the future. The box had also been taped shut in two places and does not appear to be original packaging.

i vacuum religiously. no issues so far. love the cord rewind! easy to empty. cool color (if that matters to you).

We love this vaccuum. It has adjustments for the floor type. We have a dog that sheds and it works perfect! We were hesitant at first because it was super pricey like all the other vaccums, but it works perfect for our home.

I was looking for a new vacuum with a retractable cord which is not that easy to find. Best Buy had 3 Bissell vacuums and I was happy to see that the one with the best price also had the highest rating. I always thought that "bigger is better" but was happy to find that this one was a little smaller and lighter weight than the one I had been using and at my age that was a perfect fit. Much easier to get a around and fits into smaller places. Perfect match for what I was looking for!

Great suction, works well on my low profile carpet. Attachment Tools work great and are easy to use. Assembly was simple and easy. Dumping dirt is simple and easy. Cord is really long and retracts as expected. It seems very durable so I hope it last for years just like my previous vacuum cleaner.

I love this vacuum it has great features especially the retractable cord and the suction power cleans carpet very well!!! I like it so much I vacuum even when it’s not needed. I would definitely recommend this item and I would definitely purchase again!!!

More powerful than the shark I had. Little louder too. Not as maneuverable. Works great for dog hair.

Maybe not the best materials construction, given it’s relatively low price….but it has very good suction power and works great for my basic home care on both carpet and hard flooring. Don’t abuse it and it should be an excellent buy. I’m not one who looked to buy $300+ vacuum cleaners….this works fine. I bought corded on purpose. I also have cordless for other uses, but sometimes a cordless unit runs out of power if you didn’t recharge ahead of time….the corded seems to keep suction power better and I don’t feel rushed, LOL. Accessory works very well on cat hair if your cat(s) shed on furniture. My only bug is I’m used to holding the extra cord out of the way with my left hand, while I work the vacuum with my right hand….but the cord originates from the right side so it sometimes gets in the way if not paying attention.

Yes! All sorts of yes! I wanted a vacuum cleaner that had great suction to pull all of the junk out of my carpet and this one delivers! The hose attachment is perfect for getting into corners, etc for detailed cleaning. And the best part is the retractable cord! No more wrapping it up yourself! And the whole cord goes in easily! Sooooo happy with this vacuum!

This is the best vacuum for the price, it works well on hardwood floors and carpet, it has great suction. The tools work great and I like that it has a button to feed the cord back into the vacuum.
