This is the best vacuum for the price, it works well on hardwood floors and carpet, it has great suction. The tools work great and I like that it has a button to feed the cord back into the vacuum.

This vacuum is really good. The brush on the bottom stays tangle free and does not get tangled with hair and debris like other vacuums. I was surprised to see how much fine dirt and particles this vacuum picks up. Not just big items, but small, sand like particles as well. All in all really good vacuum but if you are going to spend money on a vacuum get one with a HEPA filter. Also this vacuum does not have a lot of flexibility so vacuuming under furniture will be almost undoable. But the turbo brush is an amazing addition that really comes in handy. There many ways to use this vacuum to reach multiple surfaces in the home, as long as that surface is not under a bed!

Yes! All sorts of yes! I wanted a vacuum cleaner that had great suction to pull all of the junk out of my carpet and this one delivers! The hose attachment is perfect for getting into corners, etc for detailed cleaning. And the best part is the retractable cord! No more wrapping it up yourself! And the whole cord goes in easily! Sooooo happy with this vacuum!

Had a hard time finding a vacuum that we could push or pull on thick carpet. This vacuum works well with the height adjustment works great on all of our floors. Have only had it for 3 months but very satisfied so far. Like the retractable cord over winding it up that the others have.

This is our family's second Bissell. This vaccum is a bit bigger than our last one. The handheld option is great for cleaning curtain rods and hard to reach areas. I also like the cord retraction feature. I'd buy it again.

I wanted something that was relatively light but cleaned well. I am disabled and needed my home health aides to run it without complaining about the weigh of it. SCORE. They love it and have no problem vacuuming as needed.
