I've tried a few of these vac mop combos in the past. They work really well at cleaning the floor and pulling away the mess. What stands out for these is how long is your kitchen closed due to wet floors and how long can this unit last? I am happy to say that this currently one of the few that are corded ( thank goodness) which means it will last longer as a unit and will clean longer. It leaves the floors moistened if not completely dry. The steam is not very strong but using hot water is better for cleaning anyways. Bissel does a great job at trying to make this unit last using a self wash sequence that does what it needs to do. My only complaints are the gimmicks. Yes it does put out steam to clean really well but its not enough to sanitize. The rug wash is next to useless. I do think they could have done better on the brushroll lid, i think that will need to be replaced more than other parts. Other than that, i love using it. 2 dogs, 1 cat, 4 humans. All hard floors

I recently purchased the BISSELL Crosswave Hydrosteam Corded Wet Dry Vac from Best Buy, and it has completely changed how I clean my floors! It vacuums, washes, and steams all at once, saving me so much time and effort. The steam function is powerful and really lifts grime that regular mops leave behind, and the vacuum suction is excellent even for pet hair and everyday messes. It’s perfect for my tile and hardwood floors, and it leaves them looking spotless and almost dry right after cleaning. Highly recommend this product for anyone looking for an efficient, all-in-one solution to keep their floors immaculate!

Picks up very well and is very versatile for the different floors in our 105 year old house. The only downfall is that the filter clogs quickly and water solution runs out/ collection tank gets full quickly so you do need to stop frequently to dump out and refill.

I absolutely love this. No need to sweep, mop or swiffer anymore. And the steam just adds an extra clean.

This is something I recommend to all my friends especially friends with dogs and small children. This is easily one of the best investments I’ve made towards my home. It is easy to use and to clean as it has a self cleaning mode. I use it on tile and laminate floors. It’s a vacuum, mop and steamer in one.

Since getting this product, my hardwood floors have been shiny! Works really well with the additional samples of cleaner included. Definitely worth it!

I am very saisfied with this purchase. The cleaning became so much faster. I don’t have pets yet, but this cleaner would be a good friend! And it is so easy to clean. Sometimes there is a struggle to get under the furniture, but I move things that could be easily moved, and get the most of the surface clean. Works exellent on the tile and hard floors.

Only used it once so far but I absolutely love it! The steam clean is awesome and gets the floor so clean, even tough sticky spots. The best part is that it vacuumed WHILE it mops so saves a step! I even steam cleaned my area rug with the same roller that comes with it.. Icing on top is that it comes with a tray and it cleans the roller brush by itself. Quick and easy set up too!

Had to read directions on this one, but once set up was easy to use and dod a great job. Way better than a mop .

Awesome works great easy to use and clean up and floors look amazing

We've owned ours for three months. We are a multi-dog home and this machine has been a god-send. The main level of our home is wood and tile. The machine seems to really get down in the grout of the tile, which is so helpful. I'm unsure of the manufacturer's recommendations, but I do add a half cap of bleach to my solution. I no longer use the Bissell solution as it doesn't seem to do nearly as good as even Fabuloso. If you choose to use Fabuloso, do not use as much as the recommended amount of the Bissell formula or your floors will be sticky. This machine doesn't get under some of my furniture as well as my Dyson vac since the head it a bit bigger, but all in all, this is a huge time saver for my daily cleaning. It doesn't seem to be any louder than my Dyson vac nor my carpet cleaner.

The level of cleaning this Vac provides is amazing. We have large areas in our apartment with Vinyl flooring and this does a fantastic job of keep the floor spotless that we feel we can just lay down on the floor. We also follow a regular routine for cleaning. Most of the time, we use the steam cleaning option. And we also use this to clean our floor mats regularly, which does an amazing job.

I wasn’t sure about this cleaner considering some of the bad reviews, but after the last few Floormates I had would break easily, it was time to ditch those and try this. I was appalled by the amount of dirt I pulled up with the hydro steam feature, and my floors dried really quickly. The self cleaning cycle is amazing. Great product Bissell!

Very good carpet cleaning machine is very light and durable easy to clean with and store after use. Abet pricy and comes with a few cleaning items to get you started. Easy to setup and quick start instructions to get you on your way

Cleans the floors really well, easy to use. Highly recommend. Just wish there was a cordless option.

I needed a cleaner for hard floors for my dog that was usingbthe bathroom in the bathroom. I love how easybit is to use and clean. Also when you go to Bissell.com you buy parts and the chemicals and have them delivered in a timely manner.

Love the vacuum. We had the steam mop with a pad on it, which we always liked, but realized its still pushing around whatever you're picking up while cleaning. This picks it up. Its tedious due to tank size and cleaning the roller, but it really works. Only had it for a month, but we love it.
