This is something I recommend to all my friends especially friends with dogs and small children. This is easily one of the best investments I’ve made towards my home. It is easy to use and to clean as it has a self cleaning mode. I use it on tile and laminate floors. It’s a vacuum, mop and steamer in one.

Vac mop combo that works and steams? Yes

I've tried a few of these vac mop combos in the past. They work really well at cleaning the floor and pulling away the mess. What stands out for these is how long is your kitchen closed due to wet floors and how long can this unit last? I am happy to say that this currently one of the few that are corded ( thank goodness) which means it will last longer as a unit and will clean longer. It leaves the floors moistened if not completely dry. The steam is not very strong but using hot water is better for cleaning anyways. Bissel does a great job at trying to make this unit last using a self wash sequence that does what it needs to do. My only complaints are the gimmicks. Yes it does put out steam to clean really well but its not enough to sanitize. The rug wash is next to useless. I do think they could have done better on the brushroll lid, i think that will need to be replaced more than other parts. Other than that, i love using it. 2 dogs, 1 cat, 4 humans. All hard floors

I am very saisfied with this purchase. The cleaning became so much faster. I don’t have pets yet, but this cleaner would be a good friend!
And it is so easy to clean.
Sometimes there is a struggle to get under the furniture, but I move things that could be easily moved, and get the most of the surface clean.
Works exellent on the tile and hard floors.

So when my woman said she wanted this all i seen was the price tage. So i had to go to google and youtube and research this. I gave in and said go head and get it. She used it that sunday when i was at work after i moped the floor and it was still able to pull dirt that a regular mop left behind. We have tile floors throughout the house and this thing has worked wonders. If u have the money this is a must buy the floor will never be cleaner

Previously owned a Tineco and this beats it out. I know everything in our world currently wireless is convenient but in this case Im so happy I never have to worry about getting through my house in one charge. I absolutely love that there is constant power and the steam function is wonderful. There is a very comparable difference in cleanliness. The self cleaning function is also more powerful.

Only used it once so far but I absolutely love it! The steam clean is awesome and gets the floor so clean, even tough sticky spots. The best part is that it vacuumed WHILE it mops so saves a step! I even steam cleaned my area rug with the same roller that comes with it..
Icing on top is that it comes with a tray and it cleans the roller brush by itself. Quick and easy set up too!

We've owned ours for three months. We are a multi-dog home and this machine has been a god-send. The main level of our home is wood and tile. The machine seems to really get down in the grout of the tile, which is so helpful.
I'm unsure of the manufacturer's recommendations, but I do add a half cap of bleach to my solution. I no longer use the Bissell solution as it doesn't seem to do nearly as good as even Fabuloso. If you choose to use Fabuloso, do not use as much as the recommended amount of the Bissell formula or your floors will be sticky.
This machine doesn't get under some of my furniture as well as my Dyson vac since the head it a bit bigger, but all in all, this is a huge time saver for my daily cleaning. It doesn't seem to be any louder than my Dyson vac nor my carpet cleaner.

I own a cleaning buisiness. This is the floor machine i use at clients homes. There are three functions. Hard floor. Steam. Carpet clean. All work great. I use and abuse my machines and they stand the test of time. A little advice, after you are done, remove the resevoir tank and run the machine jsut so it dries out the fan. And store it with tank out as well. So it does not get mildew smell/growth. So happy i found this machine . My knees say THANK YOU

I bought a tineco firs and it worked through 2 messes very weakly (no hard bristles on the roller and dosen't use enough fluid) and then died. The Bissell floor cleaner has some hard bristels, has a steam mode and uses enough fluid to get up my puppies messes.

My previous crosswave died so I got this as a replacement and I absolutely love it. The steam helps get the hardest messes off my floors and it doesn’t streak as much as my previous crosswave did.

I don’t love it but I don’t hate it. First off it took a while to get it to start working, I did everything the instructions said to set it up but it wouldn’t spray the liquid when I held the button. I tried brushing any particles that could be in the way from the 2 little holes but nothing. After a while of continuing to try using it and holding down the button, it finally started spraying all of a sudden. I have no idea what it was that didn’t work before.
A very annoying aspect of this machine is that sometimes it doesn’t pick the water back up so it leaves my floors very wet, even after I stop dispensing the solution, it continues and doesn’t suck it back up. I realized that sometimes the dirty water tank is very low so I readjusted it and it started sucking the water up again. Only for it to do it again 10 minutes later, although I didn’t move the water tank at all… so I just have to keep readjusting it.
It definitely picks up dirt and the water ends up very dark so I think it’s doing a good job at cleaning, but I hate that it’s so bulky and heavy and it doesn’t get into edges very well. Also I bought this to save time and energy rather than sweeping then mopping but actually this takes just as long or longer because of all the adjustments you have to make while using it and it works best when you move it slowly across your floor. Honestly I wanted to return it but I went past the return date by a week, so it’s too late for me.
