    Stopped by Best Buy during a recent trade show trip. Our white carpet had gotten stained in several places by fork lift wheels. This product, along with the Bissel deep cleaner we purchased at Best Buy, really saved the day. If it can lift the majority of burned forklift wheel stains out of white carpet, I'm confident it can handle most household stains.

    Has been a long time since I have used any carpet cleaners. This worked great as a spot remover and general cleaning of carpet. It cleaned the carpet and it removed all the stains and dirt completely from the carpet except 2 stains. Both stains have been in the carpet for years. One stain approximately 50% removed and the other was approximately 90% removed.

    So this stuff just seems too expensive. But go ahead and try some cheap stuff. Be frustrated at your Spot Bot or carpet cleaner. Then breakdown and try this expensive stuff. Sometimes you just get what you pay for - why waste energy cleaning if you're not going to get the best results?!? So go ahead & splurge.
