Hello Internet shoppers! I purchased this Bissel Unit about 60 days ago because my new dog was being house trained and I was getting tired of cleaning up messes manually. With that said I couldn't be happier with this carpet cleaner. My carpets have never been cleaner and its easy enough that I ended up shampooing the whole apartment. BONUS ROUND! If you have a garage or like me have a mom with a garage, you can use this little unit to shampoo your cars seats and carpet! WARNING! Unit comes with a small bottle of carpet cleaning product, more than enough for a months use, but would recommend buying more ahead of time :)

Works well for the price, just wish it heated water too but for the price it removes stains and keeps carpet looking and smelling fresh

The machine is light so it's easy to maneuver. The smaller head, while it does not cover as great an area, will get into some of those tighter spots under desks etc. It looks great and its value if also a plus also - under $200. The fill and clean out compartment are one piece so that makes for easier filling and emptying. My wife and I are very happy with this purchase. One note, like every machine that I have purchased or rented you will probably find that two cleanings spread a day apart might be necessary for really bad stains. I had some cat stains that were imbedded in the carpet for quite awhile and they came out. Mind you not perfectly, but nearly so. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this product. By the way, I thought that 6 amps of power were not going to be sufficient, but I was wrong.

It works great, price is great and gets set in stains out if you use it right, the only down side is you have to empty the tank pretty frequently but for the price there had to be a down side.

So far so good, does the job as expected. Easy to move around and leaves my carpet clean.

I moved into an older home that has all carpet, and is located at the site of a trucking company so there were areas of 5th wheel grease and ground in dirt too yet. After I pretreated the more pronounced areas, I found that this cleaner did a wonderful job at bringing up nearly all of the stains. Now, after 2 months of living here and having 4 kids and 2 dogs constantly running around, this cleaner is easy enough to take out of the closet and take care of planting dirt (thanks to the dogs) lol, and even tea spills (thanks to the kids)! I even cleaned the upholstery in my car with the tool attachment, and it made my car seats look great again. It has been a tremendous asset!

Great for getting up stains. Had to go over the same spot several times because of the nature of the stain/odor combo. My only complaint, as it were, is that the brushes work so well that it removes carpet fibers from the carpet. I had little balls of carpet to pick up after going over a spot.

Cleans good ,dries fast but tanks are too small for larger rooms have to keep filling cleaning side & emptying dirty water ... Gave it a 4 cause of the small tanks ...

wouldn't trade it for anything else... having the convenience of owning and not renting now is the best

This worked as expected. It's not as powerful as other , larger machines, but it did a pretty good job of cleaning the carpets in a rental home our daughter was vacating. There was an odd tendency to leave wet clumps of dark, fibrous substance When shutting off the machine. I would have guessed it was pet hair, but she has no pets. It's possible this was left over from a previous tenant, and her vacuum just never got whatever it is out of the carpet during her tenancy. If that is the case, this machine did great.

I have been really pleased with this carpet cleaner. It's a great value for the price! I would definitely recommend it to any one!

This is a good machine for the money. It was easy to assemble and provided a sample size bottle of solution. We were able to use the machine the same day we received it.

I like this rug cleaner and it's price. Easy to use.

I've used this 4 times so far.. love it!! I would definitely choose owning this machine over renting a machine!
