I ordered these replacement pads and they do not fit my machine. I tried to return them to the store and was told I had to return them to the place that sent them through best buy marketplace and the seller information was in the box.....that I had already thrown away....so I tried unsuccessfully through chatting with a customer service rep online and they could not help me either. There was no way I could track down the seller to return this item so unfortunately I am stuck with something I cannot use :(

If you have the dream-mop, you need extra pads to get through your cleaning- then dump them all in the wash
