Red wine plus fabric couch accident wasn't even noticeable after using this handheld cleaner and the provided sample cleaner. While it has "pet" in the description, the oxy cleaner did an awesome job eliminating the wine stain. We plan on using it for pet related issues as well.

This machine is a significant improvement over the previous model and performs its job effectively. However, it does have one drawback: it leaks water underneath during use and when running the self-cleaning cycle. On the bright side, the ability to take apart the cleaning head is a great feature, preventing dirt from getting trapped.

The device is really easy to use. Although, i have 2 complaints — 1. I bought it in the hopes it would lift a marker stain from my coach… it didnt. However, it did appear to be sucking up the ink but it did not fully remove it. So I would give it a C in that aspect. My second complaint is it runs out of the cleaning liquid very quickly. I had to refill it a couple times to clean my daughter’s soda stain. I have yet to use it on a rug or carpet so it may work better for thinner items and maybe just liquids but for the reason I needed it — it did not. I still gave it three stars because its user friendly and even though it did not lift the marker stain completely it still tried. 4 stars for effort

Well made and very easy to use, and with 2 dogs that are adjusting to yet another move, I've had to use it several times. The extra benefit is being able to clean furniture/footstools where they lie down, and cleaning area rugs that are too big for the washing machine.

This deep cleaner is easy to move up and downstairs. I’ve used it on a carpet stain and on my upholstered chair. This was a great purchase.

We have a huge steamer and this little device is so much easier to move around and the cleaning is too notch very impressed. It is also extreamly easy too use

Works great. Easy to set up and use. I purchased it to clean a rug that my dog soiled. It cleaned it with ease, and the rug looks new. I am now using it to clean the sofa and recliner. Next will be the car upholstery.
