Bought this specifically for spot cleaning rugs and dog beds-it's a champ! No problems with the suction, does a really good job. I also tried it on my outdoor furniture cushions and it did a good job, although they've had outdoor (under porch but still) grime for a while. I started to work on my covered patio outdoor rug, it made a HUGE difference. Super easy to use and clean. I do wish it came with some storage for the accessories, but other than that, it's terrific! Manufacturer issue: The box and all advertising notes that you'll receive 2 samples of detergent to try, but they only include 1. I sent in photos of where it has 2 samples included (which is in 4 different places) printed on the box, and they sent me another sample. They also say you can use upright cleaner in this, so no need for the specific portable machine cleaners. Best Buy had this at a good price= to that of Bissell, and I picked it up in store with contactless delivery no problem.

This little machine has some real cleaning power. My dog has been having accidents lately and this powerful little machine gets the job clean. It’s lightweight too. My carpet looks new when done. I use it to clean our car seats as well. Love that it’s easy to dump and clean the dirty water canister. My previous machine due to the design I could not get it clean very good. How they designed this one with the hose wrap and cord is a great mention too. I highly recommend this handy carpet cleaner.

It's great little cleaning machine. I use it weekly to clean my vehicle's interior and it works phenomenal. Despite the noisiness, it's a great home cleaning device to add to any household. The attachments it comes are great because they help reach little corners. It is very easy to use and if not confident, plenty on how to videos are available to give you the confidence

I’m 60 and raised 3 sons... and all their pets over the last 32 years. This is by FAR the most powerful stain lifter I’ve ever had—- and I’ve had them all... BIG ones included. This machine is dynamite in a small package— it’s portable, practical and again— POWERFUL! 100% satisfied!

Sooooooo LOUD! Pretty sure it would wake up the dead if you are near a cemetery!!! Replaced our older Little Green Machine Pro Heat with this machine after the hose broke on the Pro Heat. This appeared to be a better design as the hose didn't have stress points that would make it break and the cord is much longer. The cleaning power and suction is great and it does a fine job, however, this machine truly is as loud as a jet engine and it's ridiculous.

We bought the Little Green Pet Pro because we just gut a puppy and needed something to deal with her little accidents and it works perfectly for that. It’s compact but powerful, easy to use and it’s ability to suck up much of the soap and water it shoots out is really helpful when using it in small areas throughout the house. It’s a great tool for new pet owners.

This was recommended to me because of my multiple cat and large dog household. It is amazing. It is simple to put together and I love the fact the clean water is kept separate from the dirty. I mixed the cleaning soap given in the box and it worked wonders. I was able to clean up old cat urine from my closet carpet and the smell is no longer detectable. I also used it to spot clean my teenage son's carpet which was a larger job than I would usually do with this little guy but, again, it did a great job. And there were some questionable stains on his floor.

Great size vacuum for tough jobs, but compact enough to carry up and down stairs if needed. I’ve used it to clean up cat messes and it’s holding up well.

I did a lot of research before purchasing this, and this one was the best reviewed, for good reason. It works very well. Pre-treat, soak and then scrub the work area in different directions using a brush (or using the included brush head tool, but don't apply suction yet). Don't over-saturate the work area. Take it slow, keep the fit tight to maintain suction and make multiple passes in different directions for best results. It's easy to clean, and there is a special attachments (not included, but available for purchase separately) called the HydroRinse Self Cleaning Tool, that aids in cleaning the hose. ​ The only negative is that it is a little loud considering how short the hose is and how close your head is to the motor. Let me conclude by saying....Bissell sure does make things confusing. So, here is a summary of what I learned that might save you some time: This portable carpet cleaner is sold at a few different major retailers, and each retailer seems to sell a different version of it. The only differences are the name (some call it "little green", some don't), accent color (blue, purple, green, etc.), the number and type of attachments / cleaning tools and their color, and which starter cleaning solution it comes with. The machine itself is the same. The attachments / cleaning tools and cleaning solutions will work interchangeably and can be purchased separately if you want to expand your cleaning capabilities, but some attachments can be surprisingly costly, so it's generally best to buy the version that comes with the attachments you prefer. One of the reasons I chose this model is because it comes with three cleaning tools (whereas most versions sold elsewhere only come with only two), and the extra tool is a crevice tool, which none of the other retail versions came with. To find this information, I found the best approach was to get the exact model number (number, not name) and then look up the product info / support page on the Bissell website.

Really nice machine. Can really see the different before and after. We have used it mostly on furniture (couches, armchairs, etc) and it has worked really, really well in getting out stains and making the couches look years younger! It is easy to move around and doesn’t weight too much. I did a lot of research before picking this up and am very happy with this purchase!

I so Scored buying this Small, Ez user friendly, and unbelievable power suction shampooer! It is so very well Balanced ergonomically designed. Ez to clean and compact for storage. I Love it! Great Job Bissell designers!

Great little cleaner, I use it for rugs and to clean my car. It’s easy to carry and works well. It is pretty loud, but I have nothing to compare it to.

I have an older dog who began having accidents and I needed something easy to use and easy to clean. I was pretty impressed with the overall function and different attachments that allowed me to feel like I got good saturation of the detergent into the stain. More importantly though i was very impressed with the suction and how dry I could get my carpet with slow intentional passes of the wand.

Best portable carpet cleaner ever! My boyfriend and I recently adopted a rescue dog. His name is basil, and he is the cutest dog ever, but he pees on the rugs constantly. We got this product to help eliminate the stains and smell. This product works 100% as it claims and even got rid of coffee stains on our carpet. I would recommend this product to any pet owner! I’m a happy camper after this purchase :)

Cleans very well, easy to handle. Perhaps a bit loud but don't know how it compares with other cleaners. We cleaned our entire light colored couch and it looks nearly new.
