Purchasing my new Bissell product has been a total win for a number of reasons. From its impressive performance to its user-friendly design, this machine has exceeded my expectations and made cleaning less of a chore and more of a quick, and harmless task. The most significant victory of this purchase is the cleaning power. This machine tackled ground-in dirt, old pet stains and my futons with ease and delivered professional-level results that I wasn't sure were possible. The suction is powerful, and it does a fantastic job of extracting dirty water, which drastically cuts down on drying time.

This has been a game changer for us. It is extremely easy to use and even easier to clean! It has taken care of some old stains that were impossible. It is a little heavy but pretty easy to manage.

I wasn’t sure what to expect for this little machine. We have all hardwood floors so a big machine wasn’t needed. We also have 2 dogs and our couch had gotten pretty dirty. I bought this for that purpose. The machine was very easy to operate and it did a fantastic job of cleaning our sofa. I will also use this to keep it this clean. So worth purchasing.

Great portable size with enough suction for the most stubborn stains. Or if you just want to freshen up the room.

We have used this one time so far. It cleaned a very old pet stain on our carpet and so far it hasn't bled through again. Also, where the carpet has been worn down and room entrances. It looked better but needs another cleaning. We've used other carpet cleaners; this is the only one that has really worked. So glad we have it!

I really like this carpet machine because its portable yet very powerful picking up dirt.

Cleaner is great on getting up stains. Some stains had been there a month, but with 3 applications, they are gone. The light weight really helps for someone in their 70s. One thing i would like to see is a more flexible hose or rotating attachment.

I really like how it works the suction mechanism is pretty good and its not difficult to handle and maneuver.

I was nervous. We had to replace the old spot bot, it was one that did so good for years! This is the first and probably the last time I will say this about a household appliance. IT IS BETTER THAN ITS PREDECESSOR! Flat out better! The suction beats the Spot bot hands down. For years we had a dirty grey water tank because you couldn’t open it to wash it. This model allows to wash the tank. Great job! Dog has a history of vomiting. It cleans it on the first attempt. You do need to put a little effort into it but it works as advertised. Great job BISSELL! Best Buy’s price was competitive and availability made the purchase easy.

cleans as good as one would expect. Use it on car upholstery at work. Also have smaller capacity one for home both clean well and the portability is nice. Was tired of pulling out large vacuum with attachment.

The vacuum itself is powerful and the self clean it has for the nozzle piece is very helpful in making sure that it can properly clean, and do so efficiently

Excellent carpet and upholstery cleaner. It has strong suction power and removes dirt and stains very effectively. Easy to assemble, simple to use, and the included attachments are very useful for stairs, furniture, and car interiors. Build quality feels solid and professional, and cleaning results are noticeable from the first use. Highly recommended for homes with pets or heavy use.

Had the previous little green, this is a massive upgrade. It uses less water with the steam and cleans better. The hose has a place to mount now. I used it to clean my furntiture, not just because of my dogs but also from family member urine accidents. with the cleaner, or even Mr. Clean put in it, everything becomes disinfected and clean agin.

I bought it to help clean my house after a major renovation. The plasterers made a complete mess and the clean machine did a superb job on the stair runners. Also is great on the couches and chairs.

Everything works, even on rough carpet. It picks up dirt with no hassle, even works with dog and cat hair on the carpet. Besides that it does overheat when you least expect it. After 30 minutes or so, it turns back on. Just be sure to turn the power off so it cools down.

I have clean my carpet multiple times due to having 2 toddlers and a puppy ❤️ best thing every nomore needing to wash the whole carpet for one spill or stain just that area (: i even cleaned ny car seats with it and my car looks nice and new !

Great spot cleaner. Does a great job with getting out tough pet stains.

It quickly removed the stain from the carpet and is very easy to use. I recommend it to everyone.

This vacuum is what I need, smaller & easier for me to use especially in the stairs, I would want the water tanks & brush bigger to accommodate enough water & solution, and to clean better. It took me 3x to refill the tank and clean our stairs.
