    Can't really say if it was this product or the handheld bissell that did not work. I ended up returning both items because the bissell cleaner did not heat up like it was advertised.

    An adequate and average carpet cleaner. Oxy power is not as strong as comparable DIY solutions with OxyClean. Cost is a bit much compared to cleaning power. Would use in a pinch but not as my primary cleaning solution in my portable spot bot.
