    We only use this product on our carpets. We have never needed professional carpet cleaners because this product cleans & refreshes. Bissell 2x Ultra Pet & Odor is great!

    The smell is so good the cleaning power is also amazing. It took out black stains that I was sure would not come out. It took the odder out of the carpet with only one shampoo.

    This is a great cleaning product to be used with carpet cleaning machine. Removes pet stains and neutralizes odors. Only thing I wish is that it smelled just a little less chemical.

    If you have pets, unless you have all hardwood floors, you'll need a carpet scrubber. I've found this shampoo works the best against stains and pet urine. Great on blood and ink, too.

    This is the first carpet shampoo that doesn't leave my house smelling musty until the carpet dries. It really cleans and deodorizes beautifully. I have a house full of large dogs so they track in a lot of dirt. This really helps me to keep things clean and pleasant smelling.
