    I missed the return window; otherwise, id return this. It seems to be agitating the dirt, but it doesn’t suck it. Which leaves the dirt wet in a clump and back all over in my carpet. Hole to bring dirt back up is too small.

    Can't speak on durability, but got the job done! Cleaned our upholstery couch and area rug. I purchased this version, knowing I'd be utilizing the spot cleaner more than the overall carpet cleaner. The majority of our home is hardwood floors, but wanted the option to clean our area rugs when needed (we have two dogs, two cats). Truly freshened up our living space today! Only complaint is the dynamics of the upright portion - it is ridged and a bit awkward to push around. With that being said though, did an amazing job cleaning our area rug (took out pet hair and grime I didn't know was there!)

    LOVE this cleaner. Works really great at not only getting our carpets clean but also our dining room chairs with how easy the portable part is that comes off.

    Works very well. Could use better suction but it is sufficient. I received the product damaged as the pedal to let the handle tilt was broken. To get a replacement would have taken at least 5 business days. I just kept it and deal with the imperfection.

    This worked, but not as well as I thought it would. I had one many years ago that cleaned up so much better. This machine did not seem to put out much clean water.
