This is an okay steam cleaner. It definitely isnt a deep cleaner for thick carpets. Also, the construction leaves a lot to be desired. The cleaning solution release is pretty hard and after spraying a 8x10 room, expect some finger cramps. But its what you get for the money. For this price range its okay but if you really need some steam cleaning, you should probably invest on a Bigger, heavy duty one.

I had mine for over a year, but less than 2 years and only use it for the living room. Beware that even if you buy a warranty, it doesn't cover, the belt or the motor burning out. I know, I had to learn this first hand. It smells like rubber is burning and then it squeals real loud. I took it to a local repair place after bissell told me that the part (motor and belt) were not covered under my warranty, and they said it wouldn't be worth it to replace the motor.

Only two steps for assembly.Very light weight. I have a beige colored carpet, It only took acouple of times to go over. It came out great. The carpet had grease on it. I would higly reccommend this to friends. Only three screws for assembly. My 7 year old son put it together.

I bought this cleaner about a year ago and have used it about 8-10 times. I have deep carpets and the cleaner never actually got my carpet very clean. It's terribly difficult to clean...hair and lint gets stuck inside the container on the front and it took me 30 minutes to clean it out each time, using bent paperclips to pull out the junk. This was after I had vacuumed my floors right before using cleaner. Last week when I used the cleaner, I noticed afterward that it didn't vacuum up any of the solution, and my floors were soaked with solution I had to soak up with rags. Apparently my cleaner doesn't vacuum anymore and I've only used it less than a dozen times. There are no blockages and I'm very disappointed. I HIGHLY recommend looking for a better quality cleaner!

We bought this cleaner (not a steamer) yesterday; already have cleaned 1 room & long hallway. It cleans much better than we expected. However, heavy traffic areas may need several cleanings. But for the price we paid (got it on sale), it was worth it rather than having someone come in & clean which is what we have always done. It will be easy to keep it clean. I would recommend it, especially for older people like us.

Its ok for small carpets, like area rugs. But if you want to clean a larger space for get rid of deep in stains, dont bother. All this vacuum does is get rid of some surface dirt it does not get deep down into the carpet. Like I said, for small rugs its fine.

It is easy to use and easy to clean when your done. It is lightweight, which is nice for older people like myself. It works on all types of rugs and floors.

Works great! Easy to manuveur. I have a baby and a dog, so I want to make sure the carpet stays clean. This model is super lighweight and seems to be working very well. I highly recommend it.
