I like that the pads go right in the wash. It cleans decent. Battery life is not good and it takes forever to charge. I have a 1400 sq ft house and I cannot clean it all before its dies. I like the base for it to sit on.

I’m torn between giving this a 3 star rating or 4 stars. 4 stars; this cordless power mop does a great job at cleaning my travertine tile floors (the whole house is tiled). The multi-surface cleaner, when used as instructed) cleans the tile and leaves them shiny without any sticky or slippery residue. The mop does a great job removing sticky and stuck-on bits on the first pass, and doesn’t smear dirt around like other power mops. The mess stays stuck to the pads, which are machine washable. I’d give it 5 stars for cleaning ability if it could also remove scuffs. 3 stars because the battery is very low capacity. To mop an average home of 1,500 sq ft of tile I have to charge the mop 4 times (once before I start mopping, 2-3 times while mopping). I wish the battery was removable (like a Dewalt or Ryobi tool) so I could charge one or two batteries while mopping with another. Then I could clean nonstop, instead of writing reviews while waiting for it to charge again.

I'm a fan of anything cordless, and this fits the bill. It's so convenient. I also love that there's not pail of dirty, disgusting mop water. It's heavier than I expected, but that's not a problem when you're mopping with it. If you're elderly or weaker, it may be challenging to lift and carry it to different parts of your home. Generally, I'm really happy with this. I've only used it a couple of times, and I still need to figure out exactly how much cleaning fluid to dispense - it's hard to see sometimes if you've dispensed enough (or too much). The one thing to remember is to plug it in for charging - I'm accustomed to my Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner which docks into a charging station. This Bissell doesn't - so just remember to plug it back in after using, and you'll be fine. Bottom line, not a perfect product. BUT - the easiest way to clean the floors. Frankly, anything that makes me clean with ease is always going to be something I use more frequently.

This is great cordless mop. Easy to use and pretty lightweight.

One charge cleans two decent size rooms. Takes much dirt off of the floors and comes in handy for sit cleaning after a dog. Great gadget for daily light clean ups too. I would recommend this to anyone that needs something simple and practical to help shorten cleaning times.

Easy assembly, but let’s start with the negatives. Placing the pads on the unit can be slightly challenging, even with the storage tray. If the pads are not properly seated, the unit will wobble as it spins, requiring more handling than I would like. The battery is of short duration, even starting on a full charge, and recharging the unit takes 4 hrs. So, in my opinion, this mop is great for daily or even weekly maintenance mopping, not for a good spring scrub. Recharging the unit Finally, It is pricey. On the positive side, I had less streaks (hardly any) than with a steam mop. My floors were clean satisfactorily. I do recommend this product because the clean was adequate for most normal situations. Just do the job in 20 mn or less on a full charge, or buy the corded version. $150 is a little much, but still worth it for me. 11 stars out of 15

Very impressive machine! Easy to use and does a great job. I have bad lower back issues, and cleaning my floors have gotten very difficult for me over the years. This machine has saved my back! So much better than the typical mop & bucket, and much more sanitary as well!

It’s good, but it’s not great. Great for a quick and easy clean. Convenient, won’t make the floor too wet when using it. The cleaning solution smells nice. The scrubby parts could be more brittle.

This mop has some mixed reviews but I personally have no issues. It’s pretty straight forward on the use. When you have it all together I suggest you don’t be shy with the spray feature while mopping. You gotta spray a good amount to thoroughly clean an area!

Love this - i use it almost as much as my swiffer jet. Its a little more cumbersome to use vs the swiffer but it cleans much better though a bit harder to get into crevices. Like that the pads are easy to wash - just dump into washer and all set!

Have a hound dog and this thing totally kicks butt. Nice and light (and cordless) which makes tackling the stairs a dream. Look nowhere else, unless you are looking for steam features (only thing I wish this amazing product brought to the table).

For the price it cleans really nice, my floor looks brand new when I use it but the battery doesn’t last very long especially if you are really trying to make your floor shiny. Battery last for 20 mins and after that you have to charge which takes a while.

The spinning mop heads make it for an easy on the body clean up, if you get the buffin heads worth while to shin up the floor after use.

Lightweight and cordless mop. Very easy to use and cleans floor nicely. The battery life is decent though wish it could last longer so that the entire floor can be cleaned in one charged. OVerall time to clean the house has reduced.

Had two other cleaners to clean my ceramic and porcelain floors, but this one cleans much easier, faster and better. Love how can throw pads in wash, my other one you could too but this seems to clean better. Love that it is cordless one of the better perks.

A baby, a dog and the weather. All track dirt, puke and grime. Within one use, without breaking my back, it was a huge difference on my floors. I have all hardwood and tile in my kitchen. Works great on both.

I’m really happy with this cordless mop. It’s easy to use and does a good job. Only drawback is it doesn’t do a huge area on a charge.
