I purchased this vacuum to replace a different brand cordless vacuum I had bought a couple of years ago. I have two German Shepherds and a Siberian Husky in my house, and needless to say there is a lot of dog hair. The cordless worked fine at first, but after a bit of time could not keep up. I am very impressed with this vacuum; the suction is really good, and I like the size of the canister. This works much better on the dog hair and the hair doesn't get wound up in the brush.

Excellent power and cleaning of carpet and hard surfaces. The lift off is easy and the tools work well. Maneuvers easily and has strong suction power.

Excellent vacuum cleaner, it gets into areas out previous vacuum couldn't reach. It's very agile and the easy to clean when done. Good pricing at Best Buy. Can also get a variety of accessories for the vacuum, Highly recommend both the vacuum and Best Buy.

We needed a new vacuum because ours died. This is lightweight compared to my old vacuum, easy to clean and use. So far I would recommend.

Love it. Have a dog and even petsit other people dog so it great to have. Love that works on hard floors, since I hate to sweep. Like that its easy to detach everything. Even inside the tank is detachable which is nice. It's a vacuum to have.

This Bissell vacuum was my best purchase so far. Easy to get around furniture and like how I can disconnect the canister for hard to reach areas. And picking up dog hair is the best feature.

AMAZING vacuum!!!! Love that it automatically senses & adjusts from bare floor to carpet. Vacuums excess cat litter off bare floor (previous vacuum would not pick up, only “spit” particles to another area on floor).

PROS-easy to put together. Quick & easy to disconnect the hose for spills & reconnecting to continue to vacuum. Headlight & wand attachment light is great. Canister is easy to disconnect & clean. Very lightweight & easy to use the liftaway, but it's also awkward. Easy to switch floor thickness also. CONS-hard to push over thick but not plush carpet. There is kickback, so once an area is clean you are not going crazy when you see dirt again in that area...especially cat litter. The suction isn't good, especially the hose, it dropped cat litter back out. I literally watched cat litter bounce around in my carpet from the vacuum vibrations and saw pet fur still in the carpet. There is no suction off the hardwood floor when you're vacuuming half rug half hardwood floor. The last thing, this is important, it got clogged with pet fur AND the roller stopped working. Took the base off and noticed that the end of the roller (opposite belt side), had gathered and compacted pet fur. Easy fix, but it was a pain even with a needle nose pliers. In all honesty, very disappointed especially for a Bissel product. I have other Bissel equipment/appliance that I gladly stand behind, but not this vacuum. Only had it a day and am returning it.

I love the lights. It definitely shows every little hair that needs to be vacuumed. The attachment hose needs to be much longer. The sensor is great, but not so much for little rugs. It is too much suction for smaller rugs. All in all it was definitely a good buy, especially for the price.

Works very well. Moves from carpet to hard surface easily. Easy to clean container.

It’s a good vacuum. I love the floor scense but the plastic tabs on the inside part of the canister broke in less than 4 months. We returned it and got the same vacuum so we like it, but if we have to take it back again we will go with a different manufacturer
