If you’re looking for a powerful shampooer, and lightweight…….. this is it!!!! I was renting from different places before but I’m so happy I came across this carpet cleaner. I’m gonna try the upholstery next. Great price and awesome product. Period

This is a very nice carpet cleaner, especially for small spaces. I have a small house this is the perfect size. It is easy to use and easy to clean afterwards. Suctions most of the water up when you do multiple vacuum up passes, so the carpet dries fairly quickly.

We adopted a puppy and quickly learned that we were going to need a carpet cleaner ASAP. Purchased this and received it super fast from Best Buy. I immediately started using it and it quickly became my new favorite toy. It does an awesome job cleaning the carpet and it's super easy to take apart and clean immediately after use. It was very easy to set up right out of the box and very easy to store as well with its smaller compact size I would definitely recommend this and I'm also purchasing one for my mom who fell in love when she came over and saw me using it

Better than expected. I was skeptical when I saw a $99 carpet cleaner amongst a sea of other units that were in the $250 range. "How good could a $99 carpet cleaner do?" So I rolled the dice. My wife and I live in a 1600 sq-ft condo without much storage space. So we wanted something that would be easy to store, about the size of an upright vacuum cleaner. This sure looked like the right size. I cleaned our dirtiest carpets in the high traffic areas, and they came CLEAN! I had to go over a small area twice right next to the kitchen - this is by far the most walked on 3'x3' chunk of carpet in our condo. After the second time, it looked as good as the rest of the room. Ok, I'm a believer. This little $99 unit fits in our small condo, the price is excellent, the the results are way beyond what I expected. It's perfect for our use. Now....if you own a big house with big carpeted rooms, this might not be the best carpet cleaner for you. The water tanks are perfectly sized for small to medium sized rooms (one at a time). If you hope to do a few large rooms and never change water, you'll need a bigger unit. But for smaller and medium rooms (our living room is 15'x25'), this unit is perfect.

Lightweight and powerful. Cleans area rugs and carpets and gets the pet hair that has been hidden.we were totally surprised at how much dirt it picked up. Bissell cleaning solutions work great.

Worked like a charm. I was going to borrow the one my parents got that had more features, but my brother had it and never answered his phone. I live in a house with (at the time) 3 dogs and decided I should just buy one and have it around. It worked perfectly for what I needed. Also when cleaning, it pulled out so much dog hair that the vacuum never got. I was amazed at how much better the carpet looked afterward.

If you use it once, it’s paid for itself. It literally cost me more to hire a service to clean one room of carpets. The tank isn’t particularly large, but given no built in heater, refilling more frequently means keeping hot water in the cleaning process. A little bit of a pain to empty and refill but not as much as having to rent a machine and haul it home. Overall, This Bissel is an insane value. Combined with the “Urine Eliminator” carpet cleaner, it’s a pet-owner’s must own.

I was surprised at how well it works. Perfect for a small house and for pet or other messes. Doesn't hold a ton of water but it holds more than enough to quickly clean a 6'x4' area in one go. The compact size makes it easy to keep handy. This has been one of tjose rare items that has been worth every penny.

I really like this machine. I have used the rental carpet cleaners for years and, while they are big and powerful, getting them/using them/returning them is enough of a chore that I only cleaned the carpets when they all needed it. If a dog loses it on the carpet, "well, lets wait a while." With this light weight machine, you can just pull it out and quickly clean a small area or a whole carpet. It's small so it doesn't cover a lot of area on each tank but that is a tiny inconvenience compared to the chore if getting a commercial sized rental. Easy to use and effective. Spend 5 minutes cleaning it after each use and it will return the favor.

I read reviews before purchasing and so glad I did! I only have two rooms with carpet but wanted a carpet cleaner that is able to be easily stored in the closet and that cleans well. This carpet cleaner really does a great job! Has my carpets looking and smelling so good. I’ve used it a handful of times already and recommended it to my friends. Love seeing how much dirt it takes out my carpet. Can’t beat the price either! If you’re thinking of purchasing, I’d say go for it. You won’t be disappointed.

This works like a dream. I had previously bought a hand held unit and found that very tedious, so much that I haven't used it since. This upright did the job, was easy to clean after use. I am very pleased.

Wonderful, easy to use, light weight. It is great for general soiled carpets, but not so good with for spots or stains of spilled things, which might require a Bissell Little Green machine.

This is a great carpet cleaner for the price. Does very good when it comes to cleaning the carpet. It has kept my carpets cleaner much longer than when I hire a carpet cleaning service. I didn't give it a 5 start because the bottom container that collects the dirty water fills up quickly and it fills less than half of the container. I felt like I spent more time emptying out the container (the dirty water) and putting new water than the time cleaning the carpet. I recommend buying the bigger one if you want to clean the carpets in your whole house. It cleans the carpet really good and it dries in less than 24 hours. Great at sucking up the water from the carpet.

Just used it today. It was easy to assemble and light to pull. My rug looks 4 degees cleaner. Can't wait to use it tom.orow on my bedroom carpet.

I was pleasantly suprised, cleans really well. Good apartments with a couple of rooms. Easy to clean, my dog sheds and i can get the excess fur out easily. The dirty water tank cleans simply and its perfect for a apartment. I would say its been the best rug cleaner i have ever bought

Replaced a ProHeat 2X Revolution that stopped working. It is lighter and the narrow cleaning head allows you to get into tight spaces. You may have to swap solution and dirty water a bit more but a minor inconvenience. Does a great job freshening up our carpet.
