Bitdefender is highly-rated security software. I bought a laptop from Best Buy and had them install the software. It worked fine for a few days, but after that, the VPN was not connecting. Anyway, I returned the laptop (for other reasons besides that) and had BB install Bitdefender on my new laptop, but I am not sure that it is completely functioning. I will need to investigate this further. The issue could be with the installation.

Bought Bitfender after some research. I’ve been using Norton 360. Got Tired of the constant pop-up ads and and always saying I’m at risk b/c I didn’t sign up for a feature. So far Bitdefender has been less intrusive and my computer isn’t bogged down like it was with Norton.

Best and most affordable security for multiple devices

Bought this about a month ago. Definitely a good purchase. I really like that it comes with VPN that's a big one for me. Of course you gotta get the pricey one for the VPN but it's worth it and I get to protect about 10 devices including phones. Definitely recommend.

I think this works well, easy to set up hopefully it keeps me safe.

I had to replace Kaspersky since the government decided to ban the product. I purchased Bitdefender because I saw several positive reviews. I like it but I don't like all of the features associated with this product. I found the Kaspersky version to be more user friendly and I've had to look up several things to find work arounds for some weird items I've encountered. I have had some issues using the Safepay features and hopefully things will get better as more time passes.

On the advice of a tech buddy, I got rid of Mcafee and tried bitdefender. After downloading, it scanned my computer and found a bunch of potential threats within minutes. Needless to say, I am happy I got it.

Initially I had made an online purchase. I had extended my pick up date however I had no phone and was unable to extend a second time. My order got canceled due to policy. Made no sense as it was paid. I went into the Burbank store and they helped me complete my order with ease. The service was over the top. I was ready to shop elsewhere but the team kept me with the store.

I switched to this security suite about 2 years ago and been happy with program. I like the amount of features it has, the devices its compatible with, and the number of devices it covers.

Great software never experienced slowdown. Thr Vpn is great as well

Great price for Bitdefender Premium Security. We feel our phones/tablets/laptops are safer with Bitdefender.

Bitdefender is a product i can truely rely on for value purchasing and security. Bitdefender is always improving its product with security updates definitely during useage well before the expiration date of renewal.
