Only complaint is even with store pickup it’s still shipped to the store via UPS so both units are a little dinged up for “New” units.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is an eco-dryer which I wasn't keenly aware of when I purchased it. It draws out the drying time over a longer period of time to reduce the intensity of the energy usage. It senses the dryness to decide whether to continue and stops when dry enough. All okay with me although it takes longer to dry clothes. The directions were written by a Chinese hand I believe, and their lack of greater facility with the language left me a bit confused until I put what I thought was right into practice. Having the dryer will make life simpler for me in the long run.
