    It is a toaster, and it toast bread. Really nice to use with Pop Tarts. Have you ever put butter on a Pop Tart? It's so freakin' good.

    For the price, toaster is best buy. Unit has many features my home Black and Decker unit does not have. Home unit is 20 years old,, still work great.
