    Nice Bread Toaster and Great for Reheating Left overs , the food stays Crisp compared to heating in the Microwaves were it becomes moist and soggy.

    I had to return the toaster because it would burn toast or any bread I put inside. I think the issue is that it doesn't have multiple levels where you can move the rack. The rack sits too low to the bottom of the toaster so your food ends up burning easily.

    The main reason that I bought this because it's "cool-touch exterior" listed as one of its features. Its outside is as hot as my old one. Anyway, it looks better than the old.
