I purchased it online without seeing it in person, however I'm happy. It is small inside or smaller then the one I previously had with the same dimensions on the outside. I'm still trying to get use to the knobs but it allows more control of cooking the food. It does look cute on the counter and has a cohesive look with my other appliances. Well worth the less then $30 I spend on it.

Looks good with any appliances. Has alot of options. Love the timer. I use it for broiling breakfast sausages. Cooks perfect everytime and is easy to clean up.

There's a lot to like about this toaster oven but a few minor flaws keep it from being a five star product: Pros - relatively low price vs competition: very classy looking: even browning for toast and bagels (what we've tried so far) Cons - crumb tray does not have its own slide out exit (i.e. must open main oven door to reach in and pull out crumb tray...some crumbs inevitably get below tray so have to turn toaster oven over to get out); toaster oven keeps working when you open the oven door (our older one shut off when you opened the door...safer feature); knobs a bit hard to turn toaster off if you want to stop toasting early. Overall still an excellent toaster oven if you can live with the cons listed above.

This toaster is easy to operate, clean, and relocate in my kitchen area. The top of the toaster is warm when in use so putting things on top of the oven is a no go for us(on or off). I like the look of the toaster. It is a fingerprint magnet so have your cleaning cloth handy. Overall I would give this oven 9/10.

This toaster oven is easy to use, looks great and toasts and bakes evenly. I don't think the oven pan is big enough for a pizza, but I really don't use it for that anyway. Good value for the money.

I seem to buy the same toaster every 6 years or so. My last one had a fire in it (my fault) and so I didn't want to use it anymore as it made me wary. This one is a workhorse and toasts items very quickly. I like that feature. As far as the construction, there are always vast improvements to the similar body style. The features are as described on the website except for two thing I miss about my older model of this toaster oven: The wire rack doesn't attach to the glass door so you have to use tongs or a knife to pull the hot rack out to get your food and the crumb tray used to slide out of the bottom in a separate compartment and this one doesn't have that separate compartment. It has a tray that sits in the bottom of the toaster and when you go to pull that out, the crumbs fall to the bottom of the oven so it defeats its purpose. But the price is worth the occasional annoyance...

This is a replacement for a B&D oven that I had for years. Like the style and features. The timer is what sold it, since I have a family member who forgets to shut things off. The toaster settings are indicated by pictures. The dark toast setting will burn it to a crisp and render it inedible. Once you get used to the settings it is good. The oven works well, but I wish they had more slashes or numbers on the temperature setting because you have to guesstamate where 375 or other in between numbers might be. For the most part it works well.

Very handy. Sharp looking addition to other stainless steel appliances in my kitchen. Works great for fixing a quick meal.

Heats up fast easy to clean and my oven pizza fit perfectly

This item was a gift for a friend. Found it on her wedding registry, it was too expensive to purchase so I decided to browse online. I found it on best buy which was a little cheaper. At the time of purchase I was introduced to price match causing this item to be a lot me affordable. I'm a sucker for a good deal. I had an amazing deal thanks to the store rep at best buy and my friend had her desired gift. It was shipped to the store for free and I had no hassle picking it up. My friend loves her gift and states it works exactly how she wants it to. That's an awesome way to start a new marriage in my opinion

I looked at a few toaster ovans here before deciding on this one and we're verry happy with the choice...it isn't too small and it is also very easy to clean!

It works as advertised. We chose this model due to the Black & Decker name and its size. It's a life's inches less wide and fits into my mom's kitchen in apartment perfectly. She had to get used to the temperature settings and now enjoys using this rather than rely on her microwave for everything.

Great quality and functionality, very happy, especially considering the price.

This toaster oven is exactly what I needed. It works well and is very easy to use. I haven't tried the oven part of it yet; however, if that works as well as the toaster part (and I'm sure it will), you can't go wrong.

I purchased a black and decker toaster simply beacause my last black and decker toaster last me over 10 years. Not a bad investment for a inexpensive price. Great value product!
