Disappointed

Have to return the product, though black & decker replaced the defected one, i would still not recommend this one.

Big, no off switch

Awful product

It is not worth the price, even during deal of the day. Expected more from the brand. This was supposed to replace an old conair handheld steamer but instead I'm just going throw this one away and buy another Conair one
