I bought this toaster oven because it is a convection oven. I own a stove with a convention oven now and it works great. The food comes out evenly brown but that isn't all, you test the food you must be sure to test the center when using the convection when it is done in one spot it is done all over. A regular oven really over bakes on the outside in order to get the center done and I am referring to baking especially. When the recommended time is up the food is done and the regular oven add minutes to get the center done. With the fan to blow the heat evenly time saved, food looks and taste better. The brand at times can lead you to what you want but operation and looks of food tells the real story so I would recommend this product to anyone that is looking for a great toaster oven. Size and crumb catcher a wonderful quality.

Overall satisfied with quality. Had a few toasters over years and they clearly don't make them like they used to anymore. Toasting does take more time than the toaster ovens I grew up with, but that seems to be the case for every brand. This B & D has an adjustable rack that allows for even toasting on both sides of the bread. Easy to figure out the knobs and is not too big on the counter.

We have always had good service from Black and Decker toaster ovens, and now that they have the convection feature they are even better. Be sure to get it with that because it heats much more evenly. My daughter is always baking cookies in it 4 or 5 at a time and they come out great.

I purchased this toaster oven nearly 2 months ago after my old school toaster died. I read product reviews for toaster ovens from the outlandishly high priced models sold by kitchen stores to the inexpensive. I decided to give this one a go, and I am glad that I did. It does everything I want and need it to do. Happy customer.

I just purchased this toaster oven and I was really surprised how well it works. It's easy to use, gets right to the point quickly and does a great job.

Has not dissappointed, has met all of our expectations and surprisingly exceeded them so far. Toasting is even and fast. Preheating is quick and the confection does seem to speed up the baking time.

The only thing is if you want less time you have to push the timer button in hard to turn it off to the left. You can't just cancel the time.

Has good features - everything that you'd want in such a toaster oven. What I like is that it has convection oven and it's very cost reasonably priced too.

Works beautifully. The temperature reading is accurate. We have used this everyday, and it toasts bread evenly. So far, we are more than pleased with our purchase.

Bought one for each of my kids for Christmas, they are loving it! Especially since it's a convection oven also.

Really enjoy this toaster oven. It heats up and toasts bread very quickly. It also does a very good job when baking. I would have rated it excellent if the oven capacity was larger.

I use this small appliance more so then when I owned a microwave.

This toaster replaced an older model Black & Decker. Very happy so far. Fits well on counter and doesn't take up too much space. I didn't want to spend additional money on a $200 higher end model.

I like like this product but don't love it. It is much smaller than I thought and it does not heat/cook as well as a regular toaster oven. I would not recommend this product.

very functional, easy to use and does the job for which I bought it

The size or the capacity to bake is good, but the dials where you indicate time and temperature are very tough to read. It is not digital. The appearance is good, it's the manufacturers did not take into consideration the size of the numbers on the temp and time knobs.
