    The crevice nozzle does not fit on the hose to clean along walls or in tight spaces. I contacted the company to maybe get me another nozzle so they sent me a WHOLE NEW VACUUM…but the same thing happened. Gonna return both of them as I am VERY upset with BOTH the units!!!

    Great product. Love the way it works on the carpet. Not so great on small particles on bare floors. It is heavy

    Don't buy this, the flexible hose does not fit the attachments.

    If I could choose a negative number/star I would. The attachments do not fit. They are the same size as the hose. very disappointed. And I missed my return date by one day.

    I love my new vacuum - Black+Decker - Corded Bagless Upright Vacuum with HEPA Filter - TITANIUM GRAY/ LIME GREEN. It's lightweight so it's easy to roll around. It has attachments so you can clean your couches, window treatments, etc.

    I tried vacuuming carpet and the vacuum was so weak that I had to put it on bare floor setting, move very slow, and press the head down with my hand or foot to get any debris up. The carpet setting is the weakest at catching carpet debris. Other comments referring to the extra pieces not fitting the soft hose: there is another piece that connects the soft hose to the vacuum that needs to be removed with the soft hose in order to attach the pieces to it. It is not intuitive.
