This item is very easy to use and makes amazing waffles

I bought this as a gift for my husband who loves it! It's awesome to be able to make two waffles at the same time! Especially if you are making them for a lot of people. Cut the time in half! Very easy to clean! Just wipe with a damp cloth. That's it! Also it has withstood many uses and doesn't feel cheap or flimsy!

We love this waffle maker.The price is right, it is very simple to use, gives us wonderful soft thick waffles mmmmmmmmmmmmm and is easy to clean up. I see no down side.

The first time I used my waffle maker I fell in love. My waffles came out light brown just the way they're suppose too. Easy clean up process as well.

This is the best waffle maker I’ve had. I have 4 sons and I can make more than enough within a short period of time. Making breakfast a snap.

So I just ordered my very first waffle maker and it is the black + decker double flip waffle maker. It shipped and got to my house quick. With all the Christmas craze going on I thought it was going to take a week or 2 but it was at my house 2 days later. As soon as I got it out of the box I seasoned it with oil. When the kids got home from school it was the first thing they wanted to try was making waffles. It makes 2 at a time and the waffles are nice and fluffy after 3 and 1/2 minutes on each side. I will be making waffles every other day. It is easy to clean to. Just don't put any more than about 2/3 cup of mix or it will leak out of the sides. But on the plus side if it does come out the sides it has a drip tray. So all in all I love my waffle maker.

It's great that it makes two at a time but doesn't let you know when they are done.

This waffle maker does its job. We bought it so we could do 2 at a time, and it works very well. The only issue I had is when I tried to make about 10 one morning for everyone for breakfast. I had to let the unit cool and reheat several times so the waffles wouldn't stick and become dried out.

I purchased this on sale after my last waffle maker was highly disappointing. Ive used it several times and it does NOT STICK! perfect waffles almost all of the time but sometimes you have to make sure they arent burning - its a science! But two waffles at a time --- GENIUS!

Inhabe used this now at least a dozen times, still looks and works as new. We were in the market for a waffle maker, and this one works great with the ability to cook two at the same time, and being a model that flips, the waffles come out fluffy and delicious every time. We ocassionally apply a small amout of Pam cooking spray, wipe, and it is good for multiple uses with just a wipe down when finished and cooled.

This waffle maker is excellent! It is easy to use and just the right size. My family loves cooking together, and this waffle maker makes it easy for my children to get in on the fun of homemade waffle making from start to finish, and feel like 1st class chefs.

Great story ahead... This item was going to be a raffle prize at a catered brunch party. The brunch was a huge hit, and the waffles were the star. The caterer did had a long line and only 1 waffle maker. Next thing you know the Black and Decker is put to work as back up. Crowd Pleaser. For 2 hours this machine pumped out waffles that were perfectly cooked and clean up was easy. not to mention it is double sided. Easily the best choice for a waffle party for 2 or 200. Will not let you down

I like this waffle iron; it's very easy to use. However, i wish it were easier to tell when the waffles are done. The directions say they're done when the steaming stops. Well, that's pretty subjective. The first time I used it, the waffles were ok but a little underdone. So the second time I used it, I was waiting for the steaming to finish & they started to smell like they were getting too done. And they were!! So I guess it's just a matter of trying to figure out the point between underdone and burned.

This comes out of the box and looks like flimsy plastic. This isn't the $300 machine. And even with that, people had complaints. Nope. But it IS solid and works well, even if it is a molded plastic shell. We LOVE being able to make two waffles at a time! And, clean up is relatively easy. Don't over-fill it and you won't have the latch problem some people had. This thing works! We love our blueberry/cinnamon waffles!

Love the idea of a double flip waffle maker. Makes cooking time cut in half. Down fall to this product, a little flimsy/wobbly where it twists up front, no timer just indicator light to let you know it is warm enough to start using. While I didn't mind this model, the one I ultimately wanted to begin with went on sale. It includes a timer and heat control. Over all a good product for a beginner model. Had the one I replaced it with not gone on sale, I would have kept it.

Awesome waffle iron, we don't have to wait for our waffles, like an individual maker.

I was very skeptical purchasing this waffle maker but it was by far one of the best purchases that I have ever made. It makes the perfect waffle. There’s really not much else to say you will not be disappointed. The only con that I have is I wish it came with some type of a notifier to let you know when the waffles are done. But I took advice from one of the previous reviewer’s comments ;three minutes on each side and you have a absolutely perfect waffle . I think I like waffles more than pancakes using this machine. you will not be disappointed. These are the best waffles ,even better than some restaurants they are very fluffy light and Delicious . got this on a deal of the day so I got it for a great price. I make waffles every sunday morning so I have gone through a few waffle makers. this one makes great waffles just make sure that the plates are seasoned good. I have a little digital timer that I use with this one it's not like my other ones it doesn't tell you it's done. other than that it makes great waffles.
