    My toaster died and I researched toasters. This one came up on the top as far as toasters. Plus it didn’t have harmful chemicals that a lot of other toasters did and exposed you to. A fact I didn’t consider and came across some studies about. I only wish it came in stainless steel finish to go with my other appliances and kitchen. The reviews I found on it convinced me that all the other factors were more important!

    Only using for a short time. Still getting use to the controls for the toasting of toast, muffins and waffles. Overall I like this toaster very much.

    It worked so well for the first eight months, but now it will not stay down. Electricity is getting to the unit because the bagel light turns blue, I’ve thoroughly cleaned inside and out of crumbs, and I can see the magnet engage when I press the lever down. It will even fully toast things when I hold the lever down, it just won’t stay down.
