Heed my warning and those of the other reviews. Do not buy this phone. The 3G bands on this phone are for European networks, not the US. This phone will not work at all on AT&T because AT&T just eliminated its 2G network and does not use any of the 3G bands on this phone. T-Mobile still has 2G but the coverage is really bad. Also, the wi-fi on this phone is really spotty.

Product was advertised as being compatible with AT&T, which if it was to only be used as a phone, it was, but this model is supposed to be fully internet compatible, but when registering the IMEI number on the unit it was only recognized as an Edge, and NOT a Curve, so no internet. So the long and the short of it is that I put it back in the box, threw it up on the shelf and said that was $60.00 totally wasted.

I like a keypad and don't like capacitive screens, so this was a great choice. Am using it as a Bring your own Phone, had some difficulties hooking up to the network but now works without troubles. Blackberry OS is a neat and efficient OS. The screen is smaller than most phones, which makes it a little difficult to browse with..

I like this phone, but unfortunately as far as AT&T is concerned it is "not a 3G device." My job always provided me with a Blackberry, and I love the Blackberry keyboard. So when I retired and had to give my Q10 phone back I started looking to buy an older Blackberry. However, AT&T cannot get this phone to work on their system. They upgraded my SIM card, and I spent an afternoon at one of their stores and on the phone with AT&T Technical Support. The bottom line: this phone is not a 3G device, at least not on AT&T's network.
