I purchased this phone, because it was just about the only unlocked GSM phone that I could find NEW, that would allow me to downgrade from a smartphone to a basic phone with only a few bells and whistles. I had no idea that AT&T no longer has data coverage on their 3G network anymore, and so I can't use the maps function, or even send/receive photo text messages. It is literally talk and text only. Which, it's a phone, that's all they were ever meant to do. But I think I am going to return this and purchase something 4g, if I can find a basic phone. It's like they don't exist anymore. I wanted to get away from smartphones. We shall see.

You'll only get text and calls . This phone will not send photos and will on get photos from certain carriers. Good thing is I have a life again and my nose is not always in my phone.

I like my Blackberry 9810, it fits my needs with out a bunch of stuff I do not want or need on a smartphone. This is my 2nd 9800 & 9810 I wish RMI would continue making this style & model. It's small and easy to use.

This is the second Blackberry I purchased, I just love this phone, especially the keyboard. I text a lot for work purposes and this is the best

Really fast, no freezing, useful phone i really love the keypad. It is so easy to type text and compatible! I just put the (t-mobile) sim card and it worked! Highly recommend this purchase!!

Old model phone which is good to use after touch phones. Simple easy and comfortable.

I purchase this phone for my mom which with 68 years old was afraid to use a touch one. So I never imagined how fast my mom manage this phone. She is happy because she isn't just talking as texting and serching online. Thanks for making my day!!

Difficult to get a email account set up to send pictures from phone to email account!!

My old Blackberry lasted for seven years so when it was time for a new phone I wanted another one. The feature I like best on it is the physical keyboard instead of a touch screen keyboard and the new version of the Blackberry has it --- but it's also nearly the size of a tablet. I don't need a smart phone because I don't surf the net or stream on my phone. So when I was able to find this new clearance Blackberry with the features I like I was a happy camper. All I want to do with my cell phone is make calls and send texts. This fits the fill and it's still small enough to slip into my pocket. This phone wouldn't be for everybody, but if you're like me and just want to use your phone for talk and text I don't think you could do any better.

Yeah I thought you had messed up because tracking said the phone went to New Jersey. However I finally got it and it's great. Shopping at your site was good also.

I purchased this phone less than a year ago and it has already bit the dust. I skipped on the Geek squad protection plan and should not have. $400 lesson learned.

I can't download whatsapp... and the When I flipped to use the keypad, the phone will turn off and restart.

Got this phone for my wife who's technologically challenged, or so she wants me to think. She loves it.

Phone arrived with no US charger only European outlet charger, and menu words such as “FAVORITES” spelled “FAVOURITES” and “COLOR” spelled “COLOUR” and no way to change to US spelling.

Its a great starter for someone who never had a cell phone.

This phone will not let you access the worldapp without asking for an update of the version then it won't let you update. The facebook app won't work right either, I wasted 82.dollars on this phone, and when you try to get help they tell you call blackberry its a phone problem, I called and they want money just to talk to them. I see this phone floating in the toilet
