Great phone if you are looking for a smaller form factor. The display is nice and one of the most easy one to view outside, especially when it is bright out. I liked having the track pad to use on websites to navigate to links and select text. I like having the back and end key on the tool belt to go back or close a program. I absolutely love the four row keyboard and having the alt key for numbers and symbols. This is the best phone if you are a typing warrior. It is not a high end phone but if you need a phone with good call quality, great reception and the best keyboard about there this is the phone for you.

Expected it to come new from Blackberry but it didn't. It came in a cheesy box and looks to be refurbished. I will be exchanging it and hope to get a new one.

I loved this device, the size, the Security and especially the QWERTY keyboard. However, I had some problems downloading my contacts from my previous phone. Had to take it to the professionals who also had problems downloading my contacts. This device is easy to use, straight forward, but runs on it's own Operating System. I'm going to try the PRIV which works on the Android OS and hopefully not have the transfer issue. Other than the stated difficulty in transferring my contacts, this is a fantastic device and for me, perfectly sized. It fits in my pants front pocket.

Nothing replaces a real keyboard, and the Blackberry is intuitively a great device to manage all my communications. Best Buy matches prices and has dedicated staff to set up the device.

I'm usually not a BlackBerry fan, but this product definitely makes a great argument to buy Blackberry.

I had no plans to upgrade from my old BB curve because it was perfect for my needs. I've always like the BB keyboard for fast easy texting. I was forced to upgrade do to my carrier no longer supporting less than 3G devices. Even though I qualified for an upgrade to a selection of very nice phones, I settled on the BB classic model which wasn't in the selection set. I'm very pleased with my choice. Reviewing after using for approximately a month.
