This is a good phone. It brings the old keyboard in while having the smart phone feature as well. Brings back memories from the old days :)/

Overall a very nice phone. Took a bit to get everything working on Verizon, but once it was all dialed in, I can't complain about it one bit.

I really like this phone and am pleased with the security it provides. I like the actual keyboard buttons that I can push.

Love my new Blackberry. Lightweight, easy to use. fast processor, great camera. Only wish it came in a full touch screen.

This is my 8th or 9th Blackberry and it doesn't disappoint. Easy transfer from my PRIV, including pictures and notes. Speaking of pictures; the camera is fantastic! I took a picture of an Owl and every feather showed up really sharp and everyone is impressed with the clarity.

I’m over 50 age and I love it because I liked keyboard rather than iPhone keyboard.

Almost all the same features as the KEY 1 minus the swipe on the keyboard, but the biggest improvement by far is that it does not lag like the KEY 1. key 1 would freeze and be extremely slow at times, no longer the case.

I am a Lifetime BlackBerry User and the only thing that is different and a little difficult is the size of the key board buttons they are a tad smaller then the usual keyboard buttons on the Blackberrys in the past but still a very good Phone!

Love the phone...it's a blackberry...what's not to love! The Android component is much more reliable and predictable than the PRIV was. What is NOT to love...is that BestBuy significantly reduced the price of the Key2...a few days after I picked-up the phone that I had ordered!

Android on a blackberry... what more could I ask for? Keyboard is amazing!

I switched from a Blackberry Q10 and I gotta say, after a few months of having this phone, I still don’t like it. It’s size sucks. It’s too big and falls out of my hands a lot. You used to be able to swipe your finger up and open the phone. Now you have to tap it and that never works so you press a button on the side instead. Very annoying. Camera could be better. The glass broke the first week. I cannot stand how convoluted it is just to get a video going. Sound is pretty good. I absolutely hate how the 0 has another key assigned to it so anytime you want to press 0 and don’t hit the alt key, a permissions pop up comes on and it’s so annoying. The phone chips easily. There’s a lot more I am forgetting to mention but all in all this phone is convoluted and not really designed well. I absolutely hate what google has done to Blackberry
