Nice phone. Love the keyboard. Is a simple phone mostly for work. Not gaming or anything. It will do it if you are a email user.

I have been a BlackBerry customer for 15 years and cringes when they went from their own IOS to Android. Phone is great, but software is glitch (phone dialer is a mess). Blackberry Tech support is a joke.

The device feels great in the hand and has the power and support of android android applications That being said my problem with it is that there isnt enough ram, i only have a few apps installed and the phone stutters when too many things are open. Another issue is that the VPN in the phone doesnt work with L2TP PSK. I entered the relevant info into the VPN settings of the phone and it simply doesnt work. Contacted Blackberry support about this and they cant seem to find out what is wrong.

Had been waiting for the new blackberry to come out. It was the only one in the store, and wasn't even displayed yet. It's everything I had hoped for. Very pleased.

The keyboard is really good - better and higher quality feeling. This phone feels great in the hand, Solid and comfortable. Only problem is no customer support from Blackberry

I'm still getting used to the device. I am pleased with the clear screen. I think there should be more ring tone selections. However, i think it's going to work out.

So far this blackberry keyone is wonderful. The ease to setup and transfer my information was what I was looking for. And the video quality is really clear.

Totally impressed with Android OS and BlackBerry Security & Quality. Great upgrade from OS 10, worth it to me for waiting. It is the best of both worlds, BlackBerry Security with Android flexibility. Sold on BlackBerry since Nextel 2 way handheld came on the market.

I am kind of disappointed after few days using this. I have used every single flagship phones from Blackberry, starting with Bold 9000 to the last one, Q20 or Classic. All of them were great, and most importantly, strong cellular signal. Once Blackberry moved to Android with Priv, I sold it (at loss, of course) after few months. And now, the Keyone came out with the same signal problem. What is the great phone without call signal. I'll get risk of this soon.

the phone looks as feels great in hand. be careful about dropping the phone if you don’t have a protective case.

Blackberry does not disappoint. Just as good as Apple and Samsung phones but with a sleeker, more defined look. Not the same old looking phones these other two companies put out. Glad I went back to a Blackberry after 8 years. No more Apple or Samsung’s for me.

pretty solid blackberry my only gripe is the fact that it slows down tremendously if there are 5 or more apps opened

This phone makes me wish I hadn't wasted years between my last Blackberry and my new one with two Samsungs. The androids were fine, but this one has so many features that make my life easier that I am a hard core BB fan again!
