Unbelievable experience that I have had with the BlackBerry Passport since day one: a superb keyboard, no-lag system, office productivity, and professional outlook. Keyboard is awesome especially if you know how to type on a qwerty keyboard. - Build quality is rock solid. Feels like a super serious premium device. Doesn't feel fragile or delicate like an iPhone 6. - Excellent call quality and speakers. Great for phone conferences. - The HUB!!! All of your email accounts, social accounts, text messages and alerts in one list. I feel like there's no way I'd miss anything happening on any of my accounts. Much more effective and easier to use than iOS or Android notifications. - Blackberry Blend - essentially all of your phone interface and access to the Blackberry Hub on your computer. (Windows and Mac) - Battery life is phenomenal - I almost forget I need to charge it. Beats both iPhone 6+ and Galaxy Note 4's. - Screen - great quality screen - it's square and perfect for reading emails, websites and documents. Text also looks much clear on the Blackberry compared to iPhone 6. - Ability to load and run most Android apps via Amazon Store or Snap.

I loved this phone BUT I had to return it only because I am not savvy enough for a blackberry. The size and shape of the phone is great! Loved the keypad!

The product is great, new user friendly software. However camera needs a little improving. But over.. I strongly like this product.

BB Passport is not just a cell...it is also better than a tablet!! I have Black Berry cellphones since 5 years and I am very used to them. But this one is even better. Solid rock, QWERTY, 2 cameras (front and back), all the messages in one place (BB Hub), extremely fast. You can see the whole web page!! I do not have to travel with a tablet o laptop anymore. About me: 55, female, civil engineer, mom and wife.

I love the larger screen and more importantly having a Blackberry not connected to Google. Had a Dtek-hated it and sold it after 4 months. I am an Iphone user and don't need it for apps but I feel more secure with storing passwords and business emails on a Blackberry.

If you have Verizon, Don't Get! Will not work with the Verizon Network. Regardless of the new rules and policies from the FCC. However, if you have another carrier that will activate this phone I highly suggest it. great device, runs smooth, cool design. Its old, but runs fast and just lacks popular apps. Because of the Blackberry OS.

It's a good looking phone and it's very functional ... I have just a big issue with the lock screen- some bug. The battery is good, 2 days using 4 days standby.

Best phone I have yet owned!! This phone is durable and the keyboard and size really makes it stand out from all the other phones that cost way too much!

I love the keyboard, battery life is phenomenal..never have I had a phone that can last so long even while using maps repeatedly throughout the day.

This is actually an excellent phone! The only drawback is the lack of app developers for the platform.

This is a great mobile even in 2017 and for the price it's a bargain. Qwerty keyboard is good, BlackBerry 10 OS is fast and user-friendly, nice screen, good battery life, solid build quality, really good for browsing and checking emails. Unless you want all apps which are in iOS or Android you can't go wrong with this mobile.

We have used blackberry for many years. Last week I purchased the blackberry passaport to use for work only and unfortunately I had to returned. The speed and functionality of the screen was very disappointing and the phone got very, very hot in a marre of minutes.

The phone works really well. Love having an actual keyboard to type on.

Good phone, not great; I love the look of this phone, but lament the lack of numbers on the QWERTY keyboard an the lack of a screenlock that allows for audio to be heard. But I'm Blackberry loyal, so hopefully they make a Passport WITH said features.

I love this keyboard, Its not like full touch phone. i like its designed and specially screen.

Blackberry is a dinosaur the apps are horrible you can't even insert a card reader there's no such thing as a good Facebook app from blackberry and the ones that you can get off Amazon don't work correctly it's also a two handed text phone which is a horrible feature

The keyboard was easy to adjust to and the phone itself was just so easy to work with.
