Terrible phone by Blackberry. Constantly overheats. Is slow. Apps crash. Poor design. The keyboard sucks. Needlessly expensive. I really would not recommend these phones to anybody. Also the screen cracks very easily.

This is one of the greatest things ever made! Blackberry and Android come together to make an amazing device! The one down-side is that the phone gets unbelievably hot and the battery drain is ridiculous. I couldn't even make it over 5 hours of heavy use, despite the massive battery in the phone.

I have had the last 7 models from blackberry, never had an iphone nor android but Priv has made it easy to have the best of both worlds. I love the keyboard on the phone. I have always had a keyboard and Blackberry does deliver with the Priv. The only thing I do not like as much is the lay out of messages with Android but I am getting use to it.

I love the phone experience but had to return it.first off it was the att version before buying it I ask they said it was not that was not true gave it a chance anyway. If you don't have att your going to need someone with an att active sim to let you use it so you can get marshmallow on it that's why I didn't want the att version I have T-Mobile. I really enjoyed the phone outside of the pain to update to marshmallow but had to return it because I had a unit with terrible battery life.not sure if i got a bad unit but no matter what I did to it the battery life did not get much better after it was 100 battery power it would say I got 7hr left and it was not joking I had to charge the phone in the afternoon every day could not keep it because of that.

It's a att unlocked phone. It do have a att logo on the back of the phone, which is different from what the picture shows. But I'm ok with it. I have been using the phone for three days now and it's working well.
